Post match interviews that respect kayfabe

>shoot steals scoops from meltzerz

Henry should legit be a backstage interviewer for WWE, he gives a credibility that is lacking from just having faceless drones ask questions in a promo. He could add brevity to an interview segment from having a storied career in the ring himself.

Big difference here is they're doing these interviews with wrestling journalists who understand what kayfabe is and how it works. The interviewers know how to ask real questions without breaking kayfabe so the back-and-forth is genuine. It doesn't come off awkward like when WWE tried it with fake "journalists" in scripted interviews.

Are you kidding? They made tom philips do the splits so he wasn't taller than any of their manlets. You think they're going to let Mark Henry stand next to Adam Cole?

yeah, that's why they had Goldberg stop doing after fight interviews in UFC. he was bigger than all the fighters, when he put his hand on their shoulder and got close to them, he made them look like tiny kids he could just manhandle

Mark Henry should’ve been the top guy along with Cena.
Only queers hate based Mark.

You meant gravitas not brevity

>talks about meltzer stars and telling a story in-ring
Good interview, but how does this respect kayfabe?

He doesn't outright say anything that acknowledges it's fake. He doesn't talk about how they planned the match or anything like that. Talking about Meltzer stars or storytelling isn't a problem because it's not uncommon for MMA/Boxing/Sports journalists to rate how good a match or game was, or to mention the story behind a great match-up.
