HOLY FUCKING BASED!

Why did you quit?

Ffogposters replaced "fag" with "bro" in order to enforce a stifling environment.

A number of reasons really. Today I got into a massive fight with my boss because he wanted me to work on the weekend. I said no because he doesn’t pay enough for me to give up my Saturday. He called me lazy and I told him to fuck off and that everyone hates working for him because he’s a cunt and then I quit.

Feels good lads. I don’t usually like confrontation but fuck him.

it feels good at first. all this time to be comfy, no longer wage cucking it. but then you walk into a store full of vidya and realize you don't have the money coming in like you used to.

is it as bad as they make it out to be lads?

We aren't your bros faggot

Not really. If you find something you enjoy the time flies. Plus having money is obviously a good thing.

I didn't really study something I'd enjoy though just something that makes money. I assume that's the case with a lot of grads and where the wagie dilemma stems from

honest genuine cringe at paying for video games
hope not having a job works a depression angle on you because supporting vidya in its current state is reprehensible

I found a job in my domain (history/guide at a museum). It's entry-level and the wage isn't much but it's super fun and my colleagues are really nice. It's supposed to be a summer gig but my boss told me I could stay afterwards if I want to. I think I'll be sticking in for a while and sees if there's a career I could forge there, eventually. Lots of the upper guys started as a guide after all and got promoted within a few years.

No but you will have no time or motivation to do things you used to enjoy like play video games or watch movies.

Wage slavery isn't slavery, because it's a choice. I literally live in a van and I travel around the country doing transcription work and freelance editing via free wifi.

There are a lot of ways to survive

Bases

I wanted to study history originally but there just wasn't enough of a career in it to justify the cost of college. I wish I was a trust fund kid dude just study what you like and who cares about the job afterwards

I’m not really working in an area I was planning on, but I still enjoy it. I’m working in civil construction and although it’s physically exhausting sometimes it’s fun as fuck being on site with the boys and talking shit all day.

I don't have motivation to do those things now at the very least I'll make some money I suppose

I go to bed every night thinking about how in order to survive I have to be miserable wagecucking for the rest of my life, and I would just be better off wrapping my lips around a revolver and blowing my brains out. Then I cry myself to sleep while cursing my parents for giving birth to me.

Feels good for a bit then you realise your money is gone, your routines are gone, your anxiety is worse, you don't look after yourself as good because you don't need to. It's based for the first few weeks tho

My advice would be work towards a goal. Maybe write a list of things you want that you can only achieve through the financial stability a career can give you. It will keep you motivated even on your worst days. Plus having a job just gives you some self-respect. It’s nice to tell people you’re working and what you’ve been up to etc.

>hippie shit
cringe

jesus fucking christ user, at least we have wrestling right?

Based user putting his boss in his place and telling him everyone thinks he is a dick

Tbh I don’t plan on staying unemployed. Just taking a few weeks off and then I’ll look for another job. I actually liked my job, but my boss was just impossible to deal with.

There are maybe four posters here that actually enjoy wrestling, brother

learn to torrent

I know but let a nigga dream

That's how it starts mate...

I'm not a trustfund baby. Actually, I come from a low middleclass family and I had to work for years at retail 20 to 30 hours a week to pay for tution. It also helps that the fees in my country isnt as ridiculously high as in the states.

There is jobs in history. There is just not many of them. But this is not a detterant for me. I have ambitions and talents and I will fight for my place in this circle.

I've been unemployed since 2015. I started out with the same "i need a break" mentality. A few weeks turned into a year. A year turned into 2, etc. Employers view any gap in work history as equivalent to receiving massive brain trauma.
Please apply for another job today. Don't end up like me.

This guy has a clue. I did the same thing but somehow managed to get a job. Don't me like us

>I did the same thing but somehow managed to get a job.
That's because Yea Forums NEETs use the "employment gap" to not even try to get a job. It's not nearly as bad as people think especially when so many people work for themselves now. I didn't have a real job for 7 years and got a job almost immediately when I tried

>paying for games, tv, wrestling, films or music.
>not being a piratechad

you don't actually pay for media do you? that's extremely cringe

Denuvo goes over clean on all of us brother

What level of a job? I was a Software Engineer. My resume is instantly trashed by corporate HR upon receipt. Sure, I could get a job at Walmart no problem.

this is a wagechad board, jobless incels and neetcucks need to fuck off

>I was a Software Engineer. My resume is instantly trashed by corporate HR upon receipt.
how?

This. It’s easy as fuck. The ‘employment gap’ thing is bullshit. Either lie on your resume or get a friend to be a reference.

What do you mean how? Its trashed because I haven't worked for over 4 years.

I just don't see how a software engineer can fail to find employment in this market even with such a gap in his resume. Software engineer is a very in demand position

Just lie and say you were self employed

This.

Apply in Czechia.
You'd be flown here, get a good job and be considered upper middle class here without any problem. We really need people.

that's because he's larping

How're the women mate

I wish dude.

sounds like you went over big time user, very nice

then addressunless you're living in bumblefuck nowhere you CAN find work

great promo
kind of. you lose a lot of free time and are tired and unmotivated all of them time. but you also gain much more economic freedom. helps a lot if you like the people you work with

BIZASED user GOING INTO BUSINESS FOR HIMSELF AND GOING OVER HIS JABRONY SELF MARK BOSS IN A SHOOT

Did you bring the belt while quitting?
