He's a mayor dont you know.
Seriously Kane should have won at least 6 more heavyweight titles than he did.
Jaxson Hughes
Basedness: SS+
Manliness/Strenght: SS+
Dime drawing power: B+/A-
Being a mark for himself: -
I'd say he based
Jack Ross
Absolute unit in his prime the only person shoot stronger than Brock
Juan Allen
Good but not great. Peaked from 2000-2003, physically, as a worker and in terms of overness. Wasn’t cut out to be a top guy, but if he was ever going to get a chance this was his window. Unfortunately he was either up against true superstars (can you imagine them going with Rock/Kane for Mania X-7) or far better politicians (too unselfish to survive reign of terror).
His later years fully put me off wrestling for years. His 2010 run with the belt was horrendous, and the promos he and Taker were cutting in their HIAC programme still are some of the most cringe shit they’ve ever done in the fed. He tanked ratings in his feud with face Edge (jesus) and pretty much destroyed Smackdown as a brand. For some reason Orton gets all the blame for tanking ratings when it was actually Kane the year prior.
All that being said, still an incredible talent and his longevity is to his credit, even if he never really evolved or cut a really decent promo/had a really excellent match. Absolutely iconic and his best moments of his destroying 10 people at once are some of the hypest moments ever filmed in a ring.
Caleb Bell
Why is this board the only place in this entire universe that has such hard on for kane
Noah Scott
Hasn't mattered since 2003.
Joshua Anderson
it's not just this board Kane is well respected throughout the business and to this day I've yet to hear someone say a bad word about him
Camden Gomez
He did have the greatest hardcore championship match of all time
Julian Roberts
Based, peak Kane was the best hoss of all time.
Jacob Evans
>Business
shut it,mark.
Julian Bell
keep that up and I'll get some of the boys in the back to learn you some respect
Joseph Bailey
I like and respect him but he was never top guy material. Mediocre mic skill, mediocre matches.
Had a 10/10 look but thats not enough.
Jackson Baker
97-mask off Kane was dimes
Total shit after that
Leo Phillips
This is one of the best looks of all time
Grayson Turner
>Had a 10/10 look but thats not enough.
Oh yes it is
Jack Scott
One of the greatest of all time, No doubt about it.
Mad respect for him for always wanting to put younger talent over himself.
It sucks that he has the most losses on PPV.
Kane deserved way more than what he got.
Samuel Brown
Nathaniel Roberts
Kane himself debunked this rumor
Christopher King
>Mediocre mic skill, mediocre matches.
The fuck are you smoking?
Angel Johnson
Daddy.
Joshua Rodriguez
sauce?
Jason Williams
Didn't need to cut promos.
Matches were fine when he wasn't in there with another big stiff guy.
Great look, great presentation, great presence, great gimmick.
Ryan Hernandez
Far worse shitters have been pushed far beyond see Cunter Kane wasn't a workrate monkey but his look alone was worth more than what they gave him
Jayden Morris
>singlet Kane
>great look
This is the worst meme Yea Forums ever conceived
Isaac James
when you're built like prime Kane it doesn't matter what attire they put on ya simp
Gavin Morgan
I'm not that picky about Kane's outfits. Most of them look awesome.
Except for the PG Era pajama and party city mask shit.
Jordan Harris
except it's literally a downgrade from his suit/armor thing he had prior
Christian Rivera
I'd have to find it but I think when he was on the EnC Podcast. Said it was a rumor that blew up into a few stories, most notably the arm wrestling one.
Parker Lewis
I mean, Brock literally wrote the arm wrestling story in his book, and he's not exactly the type to make himself look like a bitch
Jaxon Jackson
Kane was just being humble. I'm 100% he was stronger than Brock back then.
Lucas Russell
They should have given him a few months with the WWF title in 2000/2001 when he looked and performed his best. He came across as an absolute beast during that time. The 2001 rumble is probably the best rumble ever, and like 90% of that is because of Kane.
Christopher Barnes
Was that in Brocks book? Weird. Maybe Kane meant how the one off arm wrestling story turned into shit like he could out bench him, which is another claim I've seen.
Joshua Hernandez
>Was that in Brocks book?
Not that guy, but I know Brock talked about it in one of those shoot interviews after he left WWE the first time. He said it was like trying to arm wrestle a tree, and that Kane's arm never even budged, and how that made him instantly respect Kane, since he had never seen anyone do that to him before.
Jonathan Price
based
Michael Carter
One of my favorites. Though I think he never should have taken off the mask.
Bentley Lee
His bright red suit from 97-2000 made him look like a Christmas decoration. At least the singlet let him show off his gigantic arms that would spook anyone.
Hunter Bailey
Congratulations for being the only guy I've ever come across who has said this.
Elijah Rogers
He was offered, he just didn't want to. Glenn is not a mark for himself.
Aiden Brown
He was my favorite wrestler as a kid.
Angel Russell
Unmasked Kane was fuciking great on the mic, but masked Kane honestly should have only ever said a few words at a time.
Cameron Perez
>The 2001 rumble is probably the best rumble ever, and like 90% of that is because of Kane.
Facts, the way he runs through the hardcore guys is just awesome. And the big finish with Austin is perfect.
Aiden Jackson
/myguy/
Adrian Garcia
Based. 92 and 2001 rumble are the only GOAT rumble
Angel Brooks
It's the same board that keeps saying Taker was shit throughout his whole career, what do you expect
Owen Wilson
My favorite wrestler since I was a wee little child.
Everything about him was just so badass, his entrance, his outfit, the fact he never spoke.
Xavier Harris
My favorite wrestler when I was young and one of the most based individuals in the entirety of wrestling. He was a massive nigga who was never a self-mark
Benjamin Rivera
I love Kane but he doesn't work as the main guy
Justin Howard
IT'S KANE
Ryder Taylor
Literally never ever had a great match, not even against bret
Xavier Bennett
vs Undertaker, WM14
vs Austin, KotR98
vs Raven & Big Show, WM17
Those were great to me.
Josiah Richardson
Absolutely based. I understand why he always jobbed to the stars, he was the ultimate dragon for Austin/Rock to slay, even more so then Taker who was always somewhere between being a face and a monster. Absolutely should have gone over HHH in their feud, he was more over then ever in his career and it made the most sense.
William Jones
The reason I started watching wrestling. Probably also the reason I stopped since no one is as good as Kane.
Thomas Jackson
based as fuck that's why he's gonna get dubs
Luke Jackson
>Absolutely should have gone over HHH in their feud
you can say that about pretty much anyone that went up against cunter during the reign of terror
David Foster
Kane never drew a dime
Cameron Fisher
he drew my dimes
Hunter Cox
Kane Prime here, best look.
Hunter Richardson
I cringe when people pretend he's not as famous as Rock and Austin, it's like saying Carlton and Phil are not as famous as Will.
Landon Watson
Jaxson Long
who else here /kanenite/
Brody Ross
but they're right
carlton and phil aren't more famous than will in the context of the fresh prince, but when you remember that will has been in an assload of big budget movies and those 2 have done very little outside of the fresh prince, you can't deny that will is more famous
the same applies here
Tyler Bailey
Has the best spinarooney
Owen Phillips
The live crowds loved the fire gimmick. He absolutely drew dimes.
Jason Wright
>that massive pop
>absolutely MOGGING Hulkster and Rock
Fucking BASED.
Jason Johnson
As a monster champion he would fit the role Lesnar has now. But actually show up
Camden Gomez
That's part of his charm I get it. But WWE should have pushed it. Same with Taker. Honestly a bigger run as them as Tag champs should have happened too
James James
Only enjoyable from 98 - 04. I wish he retired afterwards
Camden Price
Talent wise, one of the best big men ever. He was what Nash thought he was and what Nash wanted to be. Kane had the ability to carry the entire federation with the right gimmick. Unfortunately, Glen was not a mark for himself so he willingly put over other guys that he should have demolished. With better booking, he would have been considered just as great as Austin, Rock, Cena, or Hogan.
He's also one of the most liked guys ever in WWE. I can't remember anyone saying a bad thing about the guy.
Ian Hill
My fav wrestler. A shame he was such a nice guy, would have liked if he had protected his character more. He jobbed too much.
Jaxon Mitchell
The ultimate monster heel completely fucked over by shortsighted booking
Also the most intimidating body ever in the history of wwe in his prime
His unmasking would have been fine if they had kept going with the psychotic unstoppable monster angle.
Lincoln Green
Kane is this era's Bobby Eaton. Easy to have a match with, nicest guy in the business.
Sebastian King
not a mark for himself.. that makes him the greatest imo
Liam Carter
Better than Carder
Carter Bell
>that crowd pop
>Rock didn’t know what Kane was gonna say
>Hogan slowly getting more into it
>that fucking flex absolutely mogging two of the greatest
Yeah, I’m a Kaneanite
Ian Walker
he's a libertarian so he's automatically gay as hell
Dylan Ramirez
What is it then?
Jaxon Green
Jose Reed
could be based on the senate
Landon Clark
Brock only works because he was a UFC champ.
Sebastian Ortiz
>making the Rock and Hogan look like dyel manlets
Fucking based.
Thomas Sanchez
overexposed and badly booked good character
