After the show, he was taken to the hospital and had inflammation, bruising and a possible minor fracture to his back. He has since returned to the indie scene from that injury.

Cage’s fiancé, Melissa Santos, also tore her ACL while training to wrestle a few months ago. Santos recently had surgery to repair the issue. The surgery led to Santos and Cage moving their planned wedding date.
