Gine one was scripted like a murder/mystery. Really good, and then they went and did an LOLSWERVE at the end.

The Gino episode was fucking based.
Surprised he is not a new /ourguy/ given the lifestyle he lived.

He was like the dude from drive mixed with patrick bateman and scarface

The Von Erich episode was such a roller coaster. Love this series so far..

Not many people here were alive when Gino was in his prime
It was cool to see Kevin, he seems like he's done pretty well for himself all things considered

>The Match Made in Heaven
Weakest episode IMO

>The Montreal Screwjob
Done to death, but good to see some new takes on it I guess

>The Killing of Bruiser Brody
Amazing, really well put together

>The Last of the Von Erichs
Either this or the Brody one is the best one I've seen. Incredibly emotional.

>The Mysterious Death of Gorgeous Gino
Haven't seen this one, but I'm about to fix that right now.

tie between Brody and Von Erichs, both have the 'HOLY SHIT' factor if you're not particularly familiar with either of them

Macho man one had feels. He was over protective but at the end you could see he was right to be

Montreal screwjob was boring

Bruiser Brody episode ended my racism seeing how atlas stood by his side

Never knew much about the Von Erich era so that was cool to see

Gino was pretty based

Gino could have been Flair and Hogan big.

Von Erichs have been done to death too. Didn't learn anything new from that one.

first two were mediocre
bruiser brody and von erichs ones were great, mainly because i didn't know shit about those stories

New Wrestling show
Vice

yeah but it's way shorter than heroes of world class has cool music and decent reenactors. It was cool seeing "them" all in the ring like that

Anybody see the Moolah ep yet? Gonna watch it in a bit, curious who they're going to interview considering how many of the girls who came out about her like Sherri are dead now.

Kevin talking about how each one of his brothers died while climbing trees and shit in hawaii was pretty based.

where? it's not out til wednesday?

It's already up on XWT

my wife Hana is in!

I don't get how at the end everyone is in total agreement that Gino overdosed and that's that because a random guy claims he did. They just ignore all the weird shit about his autopsy. Gino was into cocaine for sure, but I have a hard time believing someone with years of experience doing cocaine is suddenly going to OD on 3-5 times as much as it takes to OD. Maybe slightly more, but not that ridiculous amount.

Just watched it and I have to agree with this. Also someone in the youtube comments mentioned one on Dino Bravo, would be neat.

>registration closed
post it on mega for us
i would for you.

ask john belushi or chris farley

why was wwc and puerto rico so fucking shady?
every fucking person that was involved that night had massive skeletons in their closet. i didn't even know quinones was involved before watching the ep. if it's true that he used to hold wrestlers at gunpoint to suck him off and do other sexual shit with him i wouldn't put it past him to conspire with colon and gonzalez.
serious scumbag shit all around.

I'm not a native english speaker, so what does that last bit with Atlas accusing Abdullah lying is all about and Abby saying he got 5? Is Abby being silent because he have money in the company?

This. They took massive amounts of coke

>shit made by marks for marks
cringe

i didn't get it either, he was being a little incoherent. what i understood was that abby SAYS he was not there, tony says he was. abby then says dutch, tony, and the other guys maybe had a meeting, but he wasn't there. abby then brings up that he owned 5% of the company, as a reason why he wouldn't have invited to a meeting of that kind in the first place. abby says the guys wouldn't invite someone that owned a part of the business to a meeting of theirs. i don't know why he would lie about something like a meeting, especially when the case has been put away for good. either he thinks it would be incriminating to him, or it's something else. the way he responded when the interviewer asked him about the hotel meeting makes me suspicious about what he was saying, coupled with how vague it all was. tony has made up really bad lies before though, but with how close he was with brody i don't think he was lying here.

For me its a toss up between the Von Erichs and the Brodie. The Jannetty episode is the macho liz episode. It was decent all the other episodes range from good to thoroughly enjoyable. Sad that this wednesday could be the last episode but its about the fabulous moolah so it has potential to be the michaels episodes. Every episode drew more viewere up until this past episode but the drop wasnt steep. Unironically want an extended season/second

>Von Erichs have been done to death too. Didn't learn anything new from that one.

where have you seen kevin talk about it all at the lengths he did for the documentary?

Id rank it.
>Brodie
>Von Erichs
>Gino
>Screwjob
>Liz
I have a feeling that the moolah episode if done right is going to be the best one.

Bruiser Brody, specially since I didn't even know the guy, let alone that story.

Watched the series with my dad. He couldnt believe the terrible luck that family had. I just kept telling him, dad that family is cursed.

I read somewhere that season 2 is a go. They'll talk Benoit and a guy named Dino or something like that.

I knew a fellow Yea Forumsie would also call bullshit on that. I dont have an opinion on ginos death but if I did kill him this seems like the best way to finally put it all to rest.(even though it basically was)

Three of the five so far have been about Texas wrestlers. World Class is full of weird stuff.

They should do one on Dr. D and 20/20 or the Sid-Arn scissor stabbing.

Future episode predictions
Sid vs Arn in the hotel
Owen's death
Dr. D and Eddie Mansfield (20/20 kayfabe breaker)
Chris Benoit goes nuts
Dino Bravo mob hit
Steroid trial
Vince taking out other promoters

did vince take them out mafia style? id like to see a fictional show about the shady days of rasslin

Do you think they'll actually do stuff like the roids trial, Owen and Criss Benwah? They mostly stayed away from WWE except for the screwjob, which is comparatively safe subject to cover. I wonder because it's touchy stuff that doesn't make WWE look good and they'd likely make a stink about it.

Attached: thunking.png (2688x2688, 173K)

Jim Ross said he overheard some promoters planning to kill Vince. It was pretty serious. Harley Race came into a WWF event in KC and started making threats.

I want the snuka and crispin wah episodes

If they were smart they would use them to build hype for another season.

i don't know but vince literally did a segment about benoit on espn a few years ago. there aren't too many ways they could cover owen without making them look badly because of dumbasses like russo, etc, that were really involved with how badly it turned out.
the roids trial they'd do because vince ended up winning and they started promoting how much they tested their wrestlers, etc.

You missed:
Deaddie Cuckrrero raped in the summer of 89
Kenny Omega couldn't draw in the cow palace
The Meltzer Observer explotes asian children
Kenny Omega hires pedophiles in an event he produced

the only one I don't like is the macho one since all the guys are bullshit artists except for his brother

man I'd love to watch one about the dino bravo shit

This. They had to have got some kind of proof the 'anonymous source' was directly involved before giving him that kind of platform, right? I'm glad Gino's mom has some closure but it's still too many coincidences for me. How the fuck does his autopsy turn up as an obese, uncircumcised, hispanic male with more cocaine in his system than is literally possible? I'm thinking her original theory of Royal and co switching his body after carrying out the hit was dead-on, she just got worked into doubting herself.

When are they going to do an episode on the brutal rape of Kevin Nash in the summer of 92?

Yeah, I don't know why in the world they would take at face value testimony from two people who were self-admittedly involved in high-risk criminal activity. Especially when they were not allowed to see the body, the funeral was closed and paid for by a criminal, the autopsy was completely dysfunctional, and he had been the picture of paranoia immediately before his death.

The mom and widow are old enough at this point and the event so far behind them that it probably doesn't matter, but damn if it doesn't seem fucky.

i lol'd when his wife was like "he wasnt hispanic! why does the autopsy say this??" meanwhile he was brown as fuck and had the surname hernandez

Yeah but being recorded as morbidly obese and uncircumcised? I guess if the corpse bloated beyond belief it's possible appearance-wise, but it seems unlikely in a climate controlled home and he couldn't have actually weighed as much as it would take to make an obese classification when he was a cut pro wrestler.

he was clinically obese as most large football-sized athletes are legally classified as, it doesnt mean he was out of shape or fat,. rich piana was obese for example by the clinical definition.

obese doesnt just mean fat

All of them besides the Montreal Screwjob were great. Some sugar coating was done in the Randy and Liz episode but I can live with it

Montreal was boring and cringe, I don’t give a solitary shit about Butt Fart’s autism over a title loss, I was honestly more intrigued by the Russo and Cornette bickering, that at least would’ve been an entertaining hour getting those guys to interview in the same room

warrior could fill an episode
austin's wifebeating and allegations that be banged 16 year olds
hogan in general
ecw & heyman
the plane ride from hell
the mcmahon family in general

Corny and Russo were the highlight of that episode. Bret putting himself over as the hero and badass of the story was cringe.

Batista's dick size

I wonder what they mean by "3-5 times as much as it takes to OD", because if it's 5 times the amount it would take a regular person to OD, I'd actually believe it was an accident. Gino was strung out, and he would have built up a tolerance to coke, so he'd have to take more and more to get the same high over time. He could have easily just pushed it to far one time and that was that.

>and I gave him a perfect beautiful mike Tyson uppercut

Bret account of that entire event reads like a Tolkien book

This.
It's incredibly easy to OD on coke.
Especially if you have access to literal tons of it and are a bit of a nutcase as Gino was.

He was a little to prevalent in the gay community to be /ourguy/.

He literally wasn't, he was 100% white and his Hispanic heritage was a work. He probably just spent a lot of time tanning, Hernandez wasn't his shoot surname either, he took it from his grandfather. Gary Hart goes into some detail on this in his book since they were very close.

>and allegations that be banged 16 year olds
Absolutely based.

He took it from his stepfather I thought not his grandfather

Yeah I think you're right, my mistake. Point is he took the name, he wasn't a shoot hispanic.

my thought based on nothing, is that Brody was going to use the money that they owed him and couldn't pay to leverage a piece of the company. After his murder, they gave abby the some of the share that Brody essentially already paid for to keep quiet.
