At what point do you say enough is enough and stop watching WWE?

For me it was the Evolution PPV and Renee Young on commentary
At the point where racists like Kevin Owens, Lars Sullivan, and Sami Zayn get to run around scot free without any sort of repercussion for their actions.
So starting now.
I don't care for matches after the Attitude era
The only people who haven't at this point wouldn't stop if it literally turned into Hoodslam-esque "we are purposely trying to bad as bad as physically possible, please stop watching us" bad.
I stopped watching after Wrestlemania 34
Wrestle Kingdom 11
for me, it was that 25th anniversary RAM show
Already did several years ago. If something actually interesting happens I will watch a web highlight, but WWE is mainly dead to me.
Wrestlemania 33. Despite enjoying Smackdown the previous year I had not real urgency to continue watching.
>Not watching to see how bad it gets
I'll stop watching when my bf does, which will be never because he's an e-drone
I stopped when they brought back hogan unirronically
It's mostly just kinda boring though, not much is Tommy Wiseau bad
I haven't watched WWE in ages. I just come here to shitpost.
started watching around 92. stopped watching when randy orton debuted. started again during team hell no. quit again in 2015. i get all the wrestling fix i need from f4w podcasts
Once AEW is on TV, I'll drop watching Raw and Smackdown.
Its happened twice before
>>Started watching with my Grandpa in the 80s
>>Glow and WWF later neighbors introduce WCW
>>Stop when old man beats Bret for world title
>>Friend tells me Diesel and Razor are on WCW
>>Watch until Great Khali wins title
>>Came back in 2017 hoping it gets good again
I guess one really good dick kick will do it but Wrestling is fine to pass the time
Started watching in 1997 when I was 7, stopped once the anonymous general manager became a thing. At this point the only show I'll ever watch in its entirety is Wrestlemania but even that is a drag the last few years.
3 hour ram
lesnar's shitty strap reign
TV PG
Cole on commentary
pls no bully hoodslam
I had actually stopped for several years before but went back to watching around the new brandsplit. I've been watching regularly since then, but almost stopped during this past Wrestlemania season. It hasn't really gotten any better, but it seems like they are scrambling and I'm morbidly curious to see where this goes for now.
I mostly just watch highlights and recaps of the shows. Almost never bother watching ppvs and get the highlights for that stuff also.
I am enjoying all the backstage buzz going on with people wanting to leave and political bs and heirarchies and other highschool faggotry that goes on. I'm enjoying sections of the company collapsing more than the actual matches and generic we fight for belt me tougher storylines
I haven't watched a new full WWE show since Michaels retired. Feels good man.
But Hoodslam is much more entertaining than WWE.
RAW after WM killed my interest, I honestly don't even know what's going on now.
RedditMania
I can't remember exactly, I think it was around when they buried Dean Ambrose. If they had given him freedom creatively he could've been their next big star, he was the most popular wrestler for a bit and the last WWE guy that was interesting.
i fucked off when Jinder got the strap
Every Monday
>At what point do you say enough is enough and stop watching WWE?
I stopped watching when Super Cena was a thing so around 2007
AEW isn't going to make it to TV
I bet Turner picks them up
talking smack getting cancelled because it really was a great show, then roman in at #30. i still vaguely follow the results in case something cool happens and i watch nxt because it's fun and digestible. fuck that three hours of nothing shit, i'd rather watch golf
For me? Wk12
This.
Went to RAW in Toronto and Cena was feuding with Batista. Match where Cena has to beat like 3 guys consecutively and Batista is the last guy. Cena gets off a Attitude Adjustment only on Batista and pins him clean.
I was absolutely done.
I stopped when they started this whole female revolution with history revisionist bullshit and making female matches constantly in spots on the show/cards they dont belong. if I wanna watch females wrestle it's with them in panties and not some charolotte flair and sasha botchfetch.
fuck female wrestling and fuck anyone that unironically wants more of it or thinks it needs more tv time.
hell the queers uprising with that whine right after raw cuz boo hoo it didnt have enough jobber matches aka female matches.
I also tuned out cuz I was sick of the queers and fags and pc sjw's constantly trying to shit on things that have worked for years. jinders "racist" promo? that was fine years ago but now YOU CANT DO THAT *CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP CLAP* YOU CANT SAY THAT * ONIONS ONIONS ONIONS ONIONS ONIONS* WE ALL VIRGINS *SAD SAD SAD SAD SAD*
fuck the fanbase and how sissified and queer and weak it's become. cant do a good gimmick or have good storylines since all the nu-male queer fans dont like if it's not safe and pc and void of soul and personality.
Probably around 2009. Stopped watching after the end of the Invasion and picked it back up a while after DX reformed. I still order Wrestlemania every year because I never got to watch it live as a kid but I went to bed after the Angle retirement match. I have no idea how they could try to continue that show for like 3 more hours after that, what the fuck.
The 2015 Royal Rumble was the last time I watched the WWE
Nigga I started in 2009 at 15 years old, I ain’t gonna stop until it gets worse than 2012 levels.
I've only watched an occasional PPV for the last four years.
Probably 7 years ago
based
Like every normal person, I stopped watching when Rock and Austin went away.
>starting at 15
Autist
For me I think it was around the time of the 'sufferin succotash son' promo
How the fuck can you tolerate attitude era matches that arent main events? It's nothing but irish whips to set up spots
I download the shows so my wife's little brother can watch them. I skim them myself. If I see something that interests me in one of the segments I'll watch it. If it's boring I pass. This week there was nothing interesting to me at all. I watched Bray Wyatt's segment on youtube and that was it.
When Nakamura got buried by Jinder
never started
I did around 2014 because the storylines got too stale and repeated themselves endlessly. I just occasionally visit asp to see how everyone physically changed.
Haven't watched full show in a long time but after this Royal Rumble i don't even bother to read the results, just scroll trough WWE channel and look at thumbnails, usually i'll watch one or two five minute videos and that's it.
Last year's WM.
But I am not a long term fan. I started watching wrestling in 2014 with NXT and right now I am watching only Japan stuff, especially joshi.
Last year's comparison between random bigger NJPW show and WWE and I discovered that WWE is able to deliver exactly two matches within 6 hours of the show and I decided it is not worth my time.
About six years ago. I still pay attention to what's going on because it's so hilarious how a company can make the wrong decision every time. I haven't given them a single cent though.
>It's nothing but irish whips to set up spots
No one fucking cares.
I havent watched wwe in like 10 years, i just come here for the memes and giggles
I stopped watching a while before WM34, watched that, then a bit more, then didn't go back.
Drew Mcintyre was the last straw. He's so boring in every way, I just didn't want to see him on my TV.
cringe
After Zack Ryder lost the IC belt in a day for another Miz heel run.
Based gaychad.
worked
worked
Joey ryan gets a job there, or that gay nigger from the tshirt company
Leave you faggot reddick jew
Based
4 years ago when I realized the show will never get better. Wake me up when AEW gets going.
Reminder if you don't have a RAW and SmackDown stream on in the background ironically every Monday and Tuesday night while you look at pics and shitpost here you need to go back
I switched to WCW years ago and stopped watching wrestling until I tried watching WWE around the time they went through the brand split. Shocking stuff, absolute shit. Stopped watching wrestling until about 2 year ago when I spotted impact wrestling on the TV. Has that old school feel about it while not feeling too bingo hall and I got bit by the wrestling bug hard again. Decided to give WWE another shot...never again
This.
