Will there be a point where the ratings are so horrendous that FOX will grab WWE by it's neck and force them to produce good programming or the deal will be off?

FOX has to be concerned about these record low ratings, right? Why aren't they doing anything about it?

It means that more people were interested in watching basketball or something else rather than WWE, which with all of the other factors/numbers we have shows a declining trend for WWE and it's programming.

When WWE had 6/5 million viewers it also had competition but the product was popular so people made a diff choice, they are not making that choice anymore as the product is failing.

All of the numbers/metrics WWE get are important, thats how Business/marketing/advertising works numbers/indicators are key to future planning.
