TJPW (and DDT in Sapporo) tonight at Midnight EST/ 5am Eurofag
>Shoko is the new Princess of Princess Champion >NEO Bi-Ishiki gun are after not only the Tag Belts again, but they're after Mizuki too! Sakisama has declined being in the Princess Cup and wants a title match during the tournament >Marika Kobashi's last show will be the opening round of the Princess Cup May 25th. Yuka obviously absent because of her involvement in AEW Double or Nothing
>1. Nodoka Tenma & Yuki Aino Vs Mahiro Kiryu & Mirai Maiumi >2. 3 Way Match: Rika Tatsumi Vs Raku Vs Himawari Unagi >3. Natsumi Maki & Hikari Noa Vs Maki Itoh & Pom Harajuku >4. Yuka Sakazaki, Mizuki & Haruna Neko Vs Yuna Manase, Yuki Kamifuku & Mina Shirakawa >5. Sakisama & Misao Vs Marika Kobashi & Miu Watanabe >6. SHINE Title: Miyu Yamashita (c) Vs Allysin Kay >7. TOKYO Princess Of Princess Title: Shoko Nakajima (c) Vs Thunder Rosa
>5am Eurofag Looked at the site and found out that it's not 07:00 like user suggested in the previous thread. And now I am glad, because I will be able to watch that, just will be tired at work.
>Maho bouncing out >Marika forfeiting >Misao's super DQ win over Sakisama >Yuka vs Mizuki >Yuka working through a naive Hikari >Nodoka's breakout run peaking with a win over Miyu >Shoko vs Rika >Yuka vs Rika >The least impressive of the final 4 wins but goes on to have the GOAT TJPW match with Miyu Was it kino? Can this year top it?
I already got to see these in action. I am intrigued with Mirai's boobs. How do they work? If she is wearing sports bra, what the fuck is with that swinging all around, does it mean she has like Nonoko's size boobs, while being a lot slimmer and fitter?
I want someone to do a comic showing hero version Misao on her quest to find the room of spirit and time and being guided by the bearded sensei character that Shoko played in that one match, she eventually finds the room but is tricked by a malevolent spirit into being trapped inside it forever and her evil dale cooper doppleganger is released instead and makes her way back to the roster with an evil look in her eyes. this is deep TJPW lore.
Cooper Morgan
nodoka can be the dancing midget that speaks backwards
>They go outside >throw each other into chairs for several minutes >Kiso at a 13-count after a while >They keep brawling and Kiso has to go out to yhem multiple times >comes back in to count 1
Ian Roberts
kek at the state of Miyu
Isaac Watson
RIP shoko F
Mason Howard
that was leagues better than her match with miyu god damn
Josiah Green
miyu was a fake ace and a shitty meme wrestler
Nathan Collins
>Miyu match gets off sloppy but finishes well >Rosa match gets sloppier and slower the longer Rosa has to go I disagree.
I was comparing Shoko's match with Miyu to her's with Rosa not the 2 matches on this show.
Jack Flores
Well, I don't see how. Shoko vs. Rosa was tightly worked, good pacing, and managed to get that bad crowd going. And Shoko took the biggest bump any TJPW girl has taken. A great match worked by the two of them. Miyu vs. Shoko was a mess up until the finish.
Yeah it was really good. Thought maybe someone got injured or something
Jackson Garcia
it's become kind of regular thing in their title matches. they work hard to deliver good matches, and consistently do have one of the top 2 matches on any card. not difficult to understand they're overjoyed
Isaiah Gomez
Versus Mirai
Haruna's out with another back injury. I'll be surprised if she's around this time next year.
Because they knew they fucked up a little, but it didn't matter in the end. If Shoko's interview is correct, Yuka is very proud of her work, so I think Hikari was crying in disappointment that she fucked up with Yuka there. Maki was acting at first, but later she was overcome with emotion. Dunno why Mizuki was crying tho. Unless she was talking to Maki while she was holding her down to not break Yuka's pin.
It looked like he counted three and the crowd reacted like she won, I may have just misinterpreted what was going on though
Lucas Garcia
I suppose you could view it as a botch by the referee. He either hit the mat when he was coming down to his knees which wasn't meant as the first count or he counted one but the pin was reset when Hikari completed her bridge.
Jacob Cox
Interesting how when Sienna meets Miyu, Miyu becomes 2 belts Miyu, and Sienna is no belts. They meet again Sienna becomes 2 belts, and Miyu become no belts. What a pottery.
The Up Up Girls push killed the remaining momentum TJPW had this year.
Jeremiah Torres
Here are my complete ratings for Miyu Yamashita's 2nd reign title defenses. vs. Veda [N/R] vs. Yuna [3] vs. Maho [3.25] vs. Tatsumi [4] vs. Yuu [4.75] vs. Priscilla [N/R] vs. Ito [3.5] vs. Tenma [4.5] vs. Sakazaki [N/R] vs. Nakajima [3.75]
How so? Raku's been pulling her weight in tag matches since she started teaming with Ito and she did great in the Korakuen tag match, REAL JOSHI SHOOT INCIDENT aside. Miu's been doing good as the never say die undercard against Bii-gun. Pandemic Boo Boo is the best thing in TJPW right now and Hikari's looked great and way more confident since teaming with Natsumi. They've all stepped up a lot this year.
William Sanders
If I didn't rate it, it either rated very low or it was devoid of anything enjoyable.
Hikari is okay because Natsumi is there to carry her and all her stuff is kept simple. Their development as a team has been good. But Biishiki-gun being handcuffed to variations of the other 2 (and the crappy Nodoka Sister) for every show since the turn including Korakuen has been death for this angle to me. Nothing since the Shinjuku match has seen anything of note from Miu. That Korakuen match that should've happened a month ago was well below average and the Sapporo match nearly put me into a deep sleep. Boring as shit stuff held up only by Misao's exceptional character work. Thank god for Misao/Nodoka, some fresh air.
Angel Ward
was based matt there? if so, yeah great crowd
Asher Collins
Oh no no no no.... Hope nobody bought this thot's photobook.
The thing is not what they wanted to do or what really happened. The thing is that crowd (and I as well) reacted like PandeBoo just won. Whoever was at fault there, it destroyed the tension of the moment and I had to get back into the groove of the match.
Korean urban legend monster trying to convince her prey to walk into the trap.
Ian Gonzalez
Her face is kind of weird but her body and ass cheeks hanging out is great.
Jackson Taylor
I think she's "alternative".
Jace Martin
She has 1 last date to work this weekend, and then she's available to be flown over to the US. It'd be nice if everyone's prepared to bring her over this weekend and promote her next week, but it's unfortunately, probably, not going to be until the week of DoN that she flies over and is promoted.
Probably the best case scenario to hope for is she's working a tag with Aja, Shida, and Riho. Worst case scenario is she's there for the battle royal. Hopefully Kenny has flexed his muscle to see she's in a proper match.
>Probably the best case scenario to hope for is she's working a tag with Aja, Shida, and Riho I really hope that is the case. Because that would be great. And young women will try to outdo themselves. Aja will there be to no-sell, because she really, really cannot do much more. She respects Shida, she will bump for her.
Leo Ward
Woops, forgot about that one. I rated that one [3.5] as well. I thought the first match was promising, I really liked the MMA influence of the opening portion. Wish the second match was a more definite version of it.
Jackson Murphy
It's was slow and unconvincing work because, especially Kay, cannot grapple at all. Also it was sloppy. Their second match had some intensity. Miyu was flying into rows of chairs. Both took big bumps from back suplexes that would not have looked outside of mid-late 90s AJPW. The work was clean, no sloppiness (missed kicks). It was much superior imo. It redeemed Miyu a bit after that disappointing Wonderland match. Both title matches on 5.6 were very good, top ranking stuff for TJPW this year; I even give Shoko/Rosa a WMOTYC nod.
Isaac Jenkins
I love Pom and her genuine smile!
Xavier Martin
Hikari has big eyes, a long thin nose and teeth that are imperfect but not unpleasantly so, which are all considered very attractive by Japanese standards

I think I will boycott TJPW now that their youtube uploads crop a third of the video to put merch ads.
They will not get any illegal stream views from me.
Brayden Thompson
When's the next show?
Blake Smith
She's literally pointless. Even her sister is becoming more entertaining than her. She needs to get her old gimmick back
Luis Nelson
>Even her sister is becoming more entertaining than her. Her sister can barely throw a half decent shoulder tackle or time pretty much anything. 2/10 bait.
She has a lot of charisma but it's suppressed most of the time now. Probably be because she's been slotted into the role of rookie gatekeeper while being tied with her sister.
Natsumi and Reika would be the mega powers of TJPW
Cooper Wood
Nodoka is too tiny to be considered a legit thread. Now that Koda-san has a good singles threat in Misao Nodoka can safely fall back from her shitty whatever the fuck gimmick that is and become the queen of the undercard. she should dress as a piggy, in a little pink acrylic outfit and come out to the ring doing pig noises with her piggy snout where she gets BTFO'd by Haruna. that is her ceiling. that is her calling.
Bii-gun vs. Tatsumi/Pomu was really great. It's the best match from this iteration of Bii-gun so far and the best Pomu performance for what its worth. Thought the team dynamic between Tatsumi/Pomu was more interesting than the Tatsumi/Miu pairing at Korakuen.
Kayden Phillips
I predict Nodoka will be the next champ and have a decent short reign before dropping the belt to Misao
Take your time thinking of your answer, no need to waste time posting hypocritical insults though. That's just going to drag this on unnecessarily long.
Jonathan Robinson
Learn how to pose a question properly and I will.
Andrew Jones
stop user it triggers
Jordan Nelson
are you a beansprout?
Leo Stewart
"Why are you attracted to children?" is a properly posed question. Just like, "Are you mentally retarded?" is a properly posed question, but I won't ask any follow up questions until you answer the first one.
I'd have Mizuki beat Yuka and then get beaten by Misao who goes the final and gets beaten by Rika who does a successful "this isn't really you! remember who you are!" distraction finish
In Bii-gun canon what is Misao supposed to be? Royal Guard?
William Gonzalez
there was a thing Misao did in a match once where the ref demanded she stop beating someone with her stick and she did this kind of graceful move down onto one knee presenting the stick to him with her arms out, i thought it was a really nice touch
You're literally the only one who's had a problem with it because you wanted them to blow through the entire thing and bring back Misao in like a month. Please stop with the 'E.
Landon Ross
Like I said already, I have no idea where you get this thought that prolonging it regardless of context was what I disliked. It probably could've worked. Miu has just been very unimpressive in these Biishiki-gun matches. Having her face them so many times also watered down the Korakuen match, which more resembled the kind of average, forgettable tag you'd see on a VOD-only house show than a significant big match on the show or for this angle.. I like Miu, but she's not shown anything that makes me think she's a great and meaningful part of this story.
I forgot there was a show tonight >1. Yuki Aino & Pom Harajuku Vs YUMI & Makoto Kiryu >2. Mizuki Vs Mirai Maiumi >3. Marika Kobashi & Miu Watanabe Vs Hikari Noa & Raku >4. Misao Vs Nodoka Tenma >5. Yuna Manase & Himawari Unagi Vs Yuki Kamifuku & Mina Shirakawa >6. Osaka Special 6-Woman Tag Match: Shoko Nakajima, Miyu Yamashita & Maki Itoh Vs Yuka Sakazaki, Rika Tatsumi & Natsumi Maki
