This is how you know something is a shoot, it has to be a sudden cut to another feed, usually a video package or commercial. No shots of the commentators, with the shit going on in back. There would also be video of the escorting away, like with Enzo's invasion. What's with Enzo and Cass doing this shit anyway?
That being said, shoot cutaways are pretty rare. I was going to use Cody vs Orton where he gets busted up, but that was at a house show, or not even recorded well.

it was entertaining because of punk's promo skills which were always great and because how boring wwe was over the past few years but like this user said this type of promo only appeals to smarks which at the time weren't the majority of the audience. wwe needs to bring back embracing kayfabe because that is the only thing that makes wrestling unique. without it you may as well watch real sports or other tv shows
