i hope you kill yourself like mr. downy

Based demon should have ended the steak and created a stable with aliester

WWE makes WWE look stupid, they don't even need other medium's writing being grossly better to do that

But the last episode of GoT was one of the most poorly reviewed episodes they've ever had.

D&D make GoT look bad.

aaahaha ya raisin balls

And it still drew more buzz than WWE has in a decade

the steak is over. if anything they need to end the vegetable
oh no some sickly jews who write for huffingtonpost didnt like it, whatever will they do

let me know when GoT has ever drew a crowd of 50K people in a stadium.

This. The most they can do is 50 nu-males in a bar in burlington.

Why even bother to make this comparison?
Who the hell would even disagree with this, or isn't already aware of it?
I'm an E-drone and I know WWE's shit doesn't compare. They haven't put any real effort into anything they do in decades

Live Marvel shows make WWE look real. Show me that live GOT episode.

>css article
They probably didn’t.

GoT doesn't do live shows so it's irrelevant. However, they do live TV. And I guarantee their shittiest show drew better ratings than WWE these days even with the decline of TV

sexist prick detected

The point is that both manage to give plenty of characters an arc that the audience cares in 3 hours while WWE struggles to fill SD on a regular basis.

>Game of Bores producing anything over the course of three hours (besides the defeat of its chief antagonist)
>Any of the character arcs in Endgay being meaningful
lmao

Imagine which is worst admitting in public you watch WWE RAW/Smackdown/NXT religiously or you watched all the Marvel movies and the GOT series.

Admitting I go here would be worse than either desu

for perspective, wwe produces 240 hrs of weekly programming for their main roster, not counting ppvs, a year. GoT has done like 100 hrs over 8 yrs. All combined MCU are like 70 hours.

also got and mcu are shit

Whoever wrote this is absolutely right.
it isn't special effects vs live TV, its good long term story writing vs below mediocre as fuck story writing.
Creative writing has been WWEs Achilles heel since the early 2000s.

They don't give a fuck, they just go with repetitive stupid as themes and 2 dimensional characters as brainwash tactics to sell merch to 6 year olds.

and it wasn't some SJW negative review you dope, it was rightfully the biggest mistake they ever made on the show.
Basically they had the you go girl girl practically teleport behind the bad guy and kill him in 5 seconds.

no, all the shitlord autists here that Jack off to pictures of Izzy make WWE look bad.

You know WWE bases it's story structure on the same things that marvel comics do, right? It's literally the same formula.

>its good long term story writing vs below mediocre as fuck story writing.
Well GOT and DisneyxMarvel have shit-tier writing as well, WWE is just somehow worse. Game of Thrones started pretty cool but has been carried by special fx sequences and good pacing set up by the directors they bring in to do one episode each. Disney nerd merch movies all follow the exact same format where they introduce characters as 'quirky friendly guys' and show off a few things to make merchandise of with the actual plot acting as an intro the the sequel. No one walks out of a new Disney movie thinking they saw a story, they walk out saying "can't wait for the next one" - there is a story, just the build to the next fight scene and quirky character debut eternally with no effective payoff.
WWE is just random nonsense from the minds of out of touch old men who don't pay attention to anything outside of their own company.

Marvel really started to become unreadable when the comic writers found it necessary to introduce quips in every other dialogue box, just like the movies. 10 pages of " lol quips" ..shit.

Long term booking like anons have said isn't the problem, plenty of storylines have done well without long term booking the problem is creative. They can't make an interesting character or story and the wrestlers can't act for shit with the characters and story they're given.
As long as a wrestler isn't horseshit in the ring they can get by with good acting, an entertaining personality and a good look.

The emphasis on ring ability is destroying the company the majority of fans like spots instead of technical shit, it's fake who cares how well you can pretend grapple.
The hardcore audience is who the cater to the most because WWE can no longer satisfy the majority of fans with something watchable.

>I love shootin with ya as much as the next redneck, but let's discuss something serious here Paul, and lemme set the stage for ya.
>S1, Jon Snow starts an angle against this monster heel guy with the undead gimmick, this Night King . Meanwhile Arya is getting in a feud against the Lannister stable. She has to leave the promotion and work in japan, you know, all inside the keyfabe
>Seven seasons, Paul. Seven seasons they spend working these angles, the NK gets a mad push, the lannisters break up and half of them go to the baby face team.
>We get to the last PPV before the main event. We have these Dothraki guys, hyped up mid cards. And they job to the NK, that's fine, ya got to make the stakes high, but damn if they do not job. They were buried right there. I know they couldn't draw penies, but they absolutely killed their momentum.
>And now people were expecting some Arya vs Cersei, finish up the feud, little tecnico gets revenge and the belt, ya know. But it doesn't happen.
>Instead we get Arya vs NK. And Bam!, she jumps from the third rope, pins him down, one, two, three. Just like that. There is no color, the referee does not mark X. This was all worked, it was not a botch.
>And I start thinkin, what happened to this Jon boy? Why do they bury the NK in the same event after a seven year build up?
>So walk me through this whole Cersei as the final boss, cos I'm not in the loop here
