35 - Started watching WWE regularly in 2018. I wasted my youth during the Attitude Era. Watched a VHS tape my friend recorded of the '94 Royal Rumble when I was 10 and caught a few glimpses of Chyna in a shark cage on TV at a friends house when I was in high school. The most exposure to wrestling prior to last year was from playing WCW/NWO Revenge on N64 and Royal Rumble on SNES. I decided to check out the Royal Rumble in 2018 out of curiosity. Some things are better left untouched. I'm in too deep now.

38 - i grew up watching it all .. every wwf wcw show, nwa wcw on tbs, classic wccw on espn, uswa and early eastern ECW on public access, extreme ECW moved to 1am saturday msg channel would watch it high as fuck. peak wrestling popularity truly was 97-2002. stopped watching around when jbl got the belt. got back into it with jericho and owens

can count on both hands # of wwe, ecw, and nwa-nj shows i been to, never owned any wrestling merch. shitpost here but only talk/watch wwe ppv with family and friends still into it

I enjoy wrestling for what it is. I do not want it to be something more.
Never watched as a kid, so I think I have different view on wrestling than a lot of people who watched as children. I do not think it is cool and I can't imagine it ever being cool. But I never imagined capeshit being cool when I read it in late nineties and early naughts or when I was scanlating it into my local language in late naughts.

33. Started watching in 1992, when WWF pushed into the UK, and it was the big craze in the run up to Summerslam. Stopped watching in 2002, or thereabouts, then started watching TNA a few years later. Got back into wrestling in a big way, rather than off and on, a couple of years ago. Watch WWE (though getting sick of it), NXT, Stardom, and watched New Japan for the first time on Wrestlemania weekend.

I started watching when I was like 5 then stopped around 2006, then started again when CM Punk did the pipebomb promo, then stopped again after he left, now I just watch sometimes for Daniel Bryan.

I am the 30 year old Boomer. I watch WWE/NXT, NJPW, and since I live in Houston I watch Booker T's ROW promotion. Sometimes I watch CMLL. I think Bloodsport was the best event of Mania weekend.

28. Started watching three years ago. Never watched as a kid so I don't have rose tinted glasses about what wrestling "should" be. Started with WWE but soon realized how boring and shit it was and moved on to NJPW, MLW, and NWA. Looking forward to giving AEW a fair shake but I'm not going to assume it'll be the greatest thing ever just because it's not WWE.
