Kane is probably the best example of someone who didn't need championships to be over, especially in his prime.

His physique, ring gear, entrance, and silent monster gimmick were more than enough for what should have been a longer run as a near-unstoppable monster. Eventually his physique would have faded, but they neutered him way too early by having him talk and unmasking him.

They started off well with feeding him Vader and some other guys but they fucked it up by having him job to Taker at Mania. He should have had a longer undefeated run and been finally beaten by Austin or Rock. That would have been dimes.

The Corporation Ministry was one of the greatest "let's throw this at the wall and see if it sticks" gimmick. It was such an out of control mess and I loved every second of this trainwreck.
