Yep, you would be out of your mind to not have Cena in this if it is a one-off match. Just him in the ring with Okada and Tanahashi would tear the place down. The Edrone crowd would be reunited with their long lost testosterone and the reaction would be deafening before anyone even locks up.
You gotta drop Nakamura, Balor and Seth, they just can't hang with current NJPW guys anymore ring or character-wise. You need Cena, Bryan, Orton, AJ and probably Roman. I'm not a Roman fan but his presence with the crowd would guarantee a must-see environment when he gets tagged in, plus NJPW guys actually know how to work a crowd so they would make something interesting.

You keep Nak in for the "will he betray WWE" angle. Replace Balor with a more WWE face, like Cena, though.

Good point, so I would have the McMahons in part of the build trying to get together the WWE team, and bring in Gedo for NJPW, eventually Trips Vince, Gedo and someone else just start brawling and both teams decide everyone is banned from ringside during the PPV. Most importantly keep Steph and Shane the fuk away from what should be a badass serious feud with the actual wrestlers involved.
