Convention. Conrad went and booked convention for the first time around ALL IN. It had a lot of tie-in events with ALL IN, like weight ins, press conferences for matches and shit like that. But in the end it was about booking wrestlers to sign shit and do some spoken word appearances for the 10k people flying in for the show itself. Conrad is repeating it again with DON.

They had a Starrcast in Chicago last year for ALL IN so we can assume they'll be doing this for every big show. Lots of legends, Hall of Famers (Undertaker & Ric Flair), Indie names and rising stars will be there so it's a pretty big deal and the last one was highly successful.
Also, pic related will be involved in AEW in some fort or capacity. She's heavily tied to AEW and their press conferences. She's a comedienne, commentator and interviewer (and she's pretty hot) so I can see her doing ring introductions or backstage interviews or something.
Storm needs to reunite with roode and start the The Barley Experience and not waste time with bingo halls.
