getting a belt in martial arts is a mid life crisis? Okay homo.
Ian Reyes
I sort of sympathise with his madness like how I do with Britney Spears
Asher Parker
They give you a blue belt if you show up for 6 months.
Took Phil 4 years.
Zachary Walker
full time, under well respected instructors.
yikes.
Dylan Scott
He was 3rd out of 3 and still representing UFC merch. It's one of the most pathetic things I've seen in sports

>6 months
t. Doesn’t train
Gabriel Sanders
With any athletic gifts whatsoever and decent comprehension it's 6 months. Sorry you suck!
Easton Walker
No. It’s 6 months if you are trained by charlatan belt factories. If you train under someone who only has their balls and their reputation it is closer to 2 years.
You also do not understand that training without the gi, which is what Phil did for several years since quitting WWE, doesn’t grant you any intrinsic progress towards a belt. If you train for five years without the gi, then put the gi on, you start at white belt like everyone else. Phil has only been training in the gi for a few months which is why he “trained” in “MMA” for years - which is no gi - and is still only a blue belt. He is fairly new to juijitsu, that’s why he has the rank of someone who is fairly new to juijitsu.
I know that common sense and facts get in the way of your ability to be a squeaky voiced little faggot so you really hate those things, so I’m sorry to ruin your fun Dylan, but you are just going to have accept it.
Kevin Hernandez
>If you train under someone who only has their balls and their reputation it is closer to 2 years.
you either suck very badly or you only practice twice a week.
Eli Perry
No. Old school coaches will still make you take 18 months to 2 years even if you train four times a week, and you have to compete and sometimes win a tournament first.
That said, most MMA fighters, if they roll in a gi, do it once a week, and usually roll without one. But no gi MMA training does not count towards your juijitsu belt.
Dylan Lewis
idk man I competed in tournaments, tapped every blue belt in my class(all dweebs), and defended well against purple belts.
I'll admit it's more common to happen after a year.
You're probably a fatass but you're definitely worked and seething.
Nolan White
No you’re worked because this guy is living in your head rent free and you still can’t stop talking about him. I thought he was a sub par pro wrestler and he’s clearly a shit fighter and a shit grappler. But I’m not starting threads about some guy who doesn’t even wrestle anymore to make fun of him for something that is totally normal, like training in BJJ for a few months, getting a blue belt, and entering a blue belt tournament. Ha ha how embarrassing! Okay.
Blake Taylor
The wwe had guys like Kurt angle and Brock Lesnar who were AAA tier atheletes.
And then you have delusional guys like cm punk who think they are anywhere close
How did the level of talent fall so fast?

>like training in BJJ for a few months,
he's trained FULL TIME for LITERALLY YEARS
Connor Collins
he probably didn't wrestle in HS so he's unathletic and frail.
Parker Gonzalez
No.
He trained full time for years in MMA.
Not in BJJ.
Why is that so difficult to understand.
BJJ is part of MMA training, but it is no gi, and for him, purely situational and defensive, so that he can stand and bang. Training in BJJ, with the gi on, is different. He hasn’t done much of that. That’s why he’s a blue belt fighting other blue belts, and looking like a fresh blue belt.
I guess that doesn’t make you feel good about yourself though.
Sebastian Barnes
>No you’re worked because this guy is living in your head rent free and you still can’t stop talking about him.
Well it looks like the poor little punk mark burst a vein when he encountered someone who did shit better than himself and his idol.
Josiah Hughes
>tfw still want Punk back in the ring but he keeps doing embarrassing shit like this.
Punk pls.
Just accept that you suck at real fighting and come back to fake. You dont need to be a badass, you're at your best when you're a slimy chickenshit anyway. Stop, get some separation in time from this shit, and set a mic on fire with some promos. It would be very cool if this was a competition of like 32 or hell even fucking 8 or so people but fucking 3?
Standing that proudly for a participation medal?
Fucking hell, this is sad.
Liam Cook
He will move on to the film industry if he can't make it in combat sport. He has wealth, talent and options.
I mean if a shitter like Batista can become a big star why can't punk?

Could you imagine any other wrestler doing this shit? Like if Macho Man left WWF in 94 and repeatedly got his ass kicked in boxing or track or something? It would be too humiliating.
