>It is with a heavy heart that we need to write this to notify you of some changes to the event. When we booked Undertaker back in October, we were able to book him for a Q&A. Unfortunately, it’s come to light in recent times that he is unable to participate in this portion of the show. We have tried everything we can to make these shows go ahead as the priority for us is that you still get to meet The Undertaker!
>After the signing event, we’re pleased to announce that we’re bringing over none other than one of Undertaker’s greatest opponents….MICK FOLEY! The Hardcore Legend will be our Q&A guest following the signing where he’ll talk about Taker’s classic matches and his experiences working with him.
How does it feel knowing that Vince got genuinely shook and upset that Taker was starting to work non-WWE events? The 'Deadman Talkin' event during Double or Nothing weekend got shitcanned, his U.K tour just got changed to a signing session only. Vince scrambled to get him as part of something during WrestleMania week and promised him more Saudi blood money.
Given that some events only got altered, not changed, you have to assume the promoters got reimbursed by Vinny Mac personally. Otherwise they'd be suing Taker for not fulfilling his obligations. At this point I think Taker has Vince by the balls more than Brock does.
>Vince's plan all along was for the WWE to be killed by a character that buries things 80000000D Jumprope

Papa Meltz confirms:
>It appears as if the Undertaker’s appearances outside of WWE are at an end. On Sunday’s Wrestling Observer Radio, Dave Meltzer noted that the Dead Man has signed a new deal with WWE and will not likely book any more third-part appearances as a result of the deal.
>Taker began taking outside appearances for speaking engagements, signings and the like back in February, and gained a lot of attention when he was announced as appearing at Starrcast during Double or Nothing weekend. Meltzer notes that the announcement over the weekend that his Q&As at his upcoming UK appearances will now be done by Mick Foley is a result of his new deal. Undertaker is said to have pushed hard to maintain his existing commitments and will still appear at Starrcast, but is not expected to book more outside shows himself.
