Sasha is a workhorse (pun intended) that has no charisma, and who isn't really over anymore. Alexa is a broom who got over because of character work and charisma. They are polar opposites.
Also there were two occasions where Alexa buried Sasha in her early Raw run, one of which was winning a rubber match for the title. Sasha is a mark for herself and Bliss is just happy to be there, accepting whatever booking comes her way.
