They literally had Asuka break Goldberg's streak. She was the most pushed a wrestler ever was in NXT, really the most pushed a wrestler has ever been on any WWE brand in history. So without a doubt, the biggest flop is Asuka and it's not close. Expectations are what define a flop.

Nigga, Asuka did what she could to work on English promo work, which was really all she was probably asked to do. In return, they made her job to Charles, feud with Carmella and job to her, too, give her the SDL Women's title over Becky and Charles, which fucking worked since everybody was pulling for her, make her feud with Mandy Fucking Rose, and finally job her out to Charles on the penultimate Smackdown before Mania.

There are certain things you can blame on the individual wrestler, sure, but THAT SHIT is bad booking and if you don't think so, you're a fucking retard.

Top stars in WWE have to cut long promos to build feuds. For better or worse that's how WWE is. The company isn't going to change for her. Her English is nowhere near good enough and to say she did what she was asked to when what she has done is clearly less than required, with no evidence, is nonsense. And she could have done more, Io and Kairi both have better English than her in less time, Shinsuke has far better English than her in a similar amount of time.
She was booked like a killer in NXT but I can't think of a woman in WWE that looks less athletic than her other than Nia Jax, and Nia has the size to be a monster heel so it's not even similar. Asuka had access to world class training facilities and did nothing with it. Again, Kairi and Io both have noticeably improved physiques since coming to WWE. Asuka? Looks like a skinnyfat geek.
She brings quite literally nothing Vince values to the table other than the technical ability to put on good matches with girls who actually do. And she's being booked exactly like someone they see purely a good hand in ring. Name one skinnyfat wrestler in WWE who can't cut a promo who is being booked the way you'd like Asuka to be booked. One.
