They aren't taught a single thing about improvising, they just learn how to follow a script rigidly so as soon as something doesn't go to plan it's like having two untrained workers in there. Two things:

Running the ropes doesn't hurt except maybe the first week you do it.

The middle rope is tightened differently and feels anlot different than hitting the top rope off a whip.

She is too ambitious. She wants to work fast high flying style.
And she cannot. For two reasons.
1) she is not really good. She is willing to do a lot, she is willing to take scary bumps and wants to try stuff nobody else on the roster is able to do. But she fails. She is not very athletic. Compared to people like Ricochet or Shirai, Belair or ASUKA, she's shit.
2) there is nobody to base for her. The majority of the roster is drizzling shits. Charlotte has become really good plunder wrestler, she will have awesome hardcore matches in her future. Ronda is great, because people can do weird submissions with her and Asuka is awesome because she will do anything and has better looking strikes than 95% of male roster.
But there is nobody for Sasha (maybe Asuka, she had a lot of matches with lucha inspired joshis) to be her rudo. Nia would be great... but she is even worse than drizzling shit.

1. Sasha is too ambitious for her own good
2. she is training good lucha things with Kalisto and Amazing Red. Men who have a lot of experience with doing good lucha things and taking good lucha things.
3. 95% of the girls in the main roster can't work with someone doing good lucha things, eihter because of their lack of experience or their body size and strength are incapable to be a base for some good lucha things.

I don't share your opinions about Charlotte, I think she is good in multiman and especially in matches with weapons, if she has someone who can take the punishment as well as she can. And both Becky and Ronda are more than willing to do that.

Correct, people in NXT are normally working out, doing strength training, cardio and various drills Followed by promo work. The wrestling part is a small percentage on what they work on each day. Most of their match are pretty laid out and produce, that's why the traninees that never work the indies, can't improvised or call stuff on the fly.

And they will never understand why the shit they are doing doesn't work out.
I think it is interesting experiment that they've send Montez Ford to Evolve, I need to catch some of his matches, I want to see how he wrestles. If he adapted or if he tried doing WWE style there.

This. Fuck ups happen all the time in combat sports. Someone slipping or whatever doesn't matter and in fact could add to the believability of the match. Keyword however is COULD. It requires the wrestlers to not stand there gormlessly and go with the flow. Retrying a move that was only attempted in first place because of a specific circumstance comes off as faker than my rolex.
If you've fucked up, abandon it and move on. It's like that Last Jedi dissappearing knife bit. Accidents in filming happen, but they didn't NEED the shot. Charlotte has never been good outside Asuka. All her good matches with Becky had either Asuka and/or gimmicks. There's a reason why no one can remember a single thing about their matches at Summer Slam/HiaC/SSD.

Ronda works nice in rehearsed matches and they're most likely rehearsing the shit right now. That might be her saving grace, but there's also so much you can rehearse in 5 days.

Becky is same as Asuka but somehow even less athletic. I can't remember one time where she actually took the wheel in a match. She's always the one that takes all the spots. I don't thinik she's too creative outside of her 2 moves. As a matter of fact, I remember seeing her abusing her suplex in plenty of matches. I'm not sure about this one.

So I don't know if they'll ever find a middle ground. The match will be saved by involvement of the public (if there's some) and overbooking shit. But wrestling wise, it will be a 5/10 at best.
