I have not watched WWE in years, but pushing the women more and more is just another symptom of its long decline. In addition to having non-existent characterization/storytelling, WWE has focused more and more over the years on the least athletic people: the least athletic white guys like CM Punk and Daniel Bryan, the women, over-the-hill guys like HHH and Undertaker, etc.

They should just give the women their own NXT-type show and have occasional matches with women on RAW/Smackdown to draw attention to it. They can still have women too as managers, authority figures, commentators, etc.
