It's simply a matter of right place right time.

Cena and Batista wouldn't have been the major stars they became if Brock never left, hell the former wouldnt have even had his finisher move if Brock was never in the company.

The only good that will come of this is that people will finally be able to shut the hell up about muh black WWE champion

Based

Worked. Tell your mom to save me some tendies for when I come over and creampie her

Race has typically always played a part though.

Most WWE Champions have been white because the vast majority of the fanbase are white and so they relate to the characters more. Hell Hogan literally became the top guy because Vince Sr. wanted to have an Irish hero. Typically when a non-white race is champion, it's been to cater to people of that race or alternatively, for a heroic white guy to eventually beat him.

Kofi being champion because he happens to be a certain race is literally nothing new in this belt's history, in fact it's the norm.

Except following their own logic, they won't be able to shut up about it because a black person still would never have held a top title. Kofi winning the WWE title is no different than Henry or Booker winning the WHC.

The only complaint they have that a Black man has never been WWE Champion, which is true.

Based dbry putting the bulbasaurs in their place

But black men have been WHC, which is a world championship. The reason the WWE title was the complaint was because it was booker higher than the WHC. Now one will win the WWE title, but it will start all over again because the Universal Title is booked higher. Give it a few years unless Bobbo wins it at some point and its gonna be 'waaah! waaah! why has a black man never won the Universal title?'

>literal white Virgil
The story was The Million dollar man was bringing in who he considered to be the best wrestler in the world to dominate the wwf. That's why he gave him the million dollar championship and called him the Ringmaster.
18+ kiddo

The WWE is held in higher regard because it's the entire company's actual top belt.

There may be multiple world championships but the WWE belt is the one with the prestige behind it. People know that even when the WWE Championship isn't the focal title, it's the MAIN title. When the Universal eventually fuses into the WWE championship, and it will one day, only the WWE Championship will be left with it's history. No one will care about who won the universal title after it just gets eaten by the WWE title anyway.

>The WWE is held in higher regard because it's the entire company's actual top belt.

Not at the moment, it isn't. It's the B title. The Universal title is the top belt. It's on the A show and it's the one they put in the main event.

The WWE title is in the spot the WHC was in.

But Kofi didn't do anything. Xavier and Big E are cutting his promos. All he did was replace Ali because he's a Bulbasaur and it was Bulbasaur history month.

That's why I said, even when it's not the focal title, it's the main title.

Right now it's in a position similar to how it was treated in 2003-2005 except now WWE is attempting to push 3 other belts as World Championship level instead of just 1 other belt.

Make no mistake, the WWE Championship is THE belt and will always be THE belt no matter where it is on the card.

>Right now it's in a position similar to how it was treated in 2003-2005

It's more like how it was in 2004 when JBL had it. In 2003, it still seemed important because some of the biggest stars in the company were competing for it (Lesnar, Taker, Angle) and it went on last at Mania. Then when Guerrero and JBL ran with it, it was perceived as far less important and got demoted to the mid-card.

That's where the WWE title is now. It was held by Jinder, a former jobber, for six months, and before this Kofi shit started, they hadn't even bothered to figure out a direction for it going into Mania.

It's not the top title at the moment. When it inevitably moves back across to RAW, it will return to top billing.

The important take away is that the WWE championship is not going away. It will always be the company's main top title and fans know this. Fuck, winning the WWE Championship on a Pre-Show in the long run has more weight than winning whatever other half-assed World Championship in a main event.

Wait, what, "nigger" filters to "bulbasaur" or am I getting worked? Time to find out...

Fuck
