I feel so bad for them, bros...

I feel so bad for them, bros. Imagine having all of the skill and talent to succeed in your career but getting held back because of your height. Imagine going to sleep every night knowing if you'd just been born a few inches taller you could be happy and successful. Imagine knowing your career ceiling is wrestling your heart out on a show no one watches in front of dead crowds and you'll never even get a match at WrestleMania that isn't pre-show filler, let alone a world title run. Imagine forever being inches away from your dream.

Well to be fair, they knew for the most part what they signed up for.

Rather than just going with the flow and doing as they're told they should request their release, if they're let go great they can make themselves on good terms. If not, WWE will likely sweeten the deal and they can get a push.
Daniel Bryan got fired from WWE years ago and it was one of the best things that happened to him. Same with Jinder leaving and returning, Drew etc

If they're happy and enjoy it fair play. But if any of them feel that way like they're not fulfilling their dreams or whatever then they should so something about it.

It sucks because I like 205 Live and weight divisions as a concept, but it very clearly puts a ceiling on some incredibly skilled performers.

Just give them one PPV every month or every other month so that weeks of storyline isn't immediately wasted on a preshow match for Backlash

Daniel Bryan is smaller than most of them. Rey is smaller than all of them except 1 or 2. Balor is smaller than guys like Murphy, Nese and Cedric. They don’t need to be taller, they need to leave and get over outside wwe or grind until they get the Mustafa treatment

>THE FANS ARE TUNING OUT AND THERE'S NOTHING WE CAN DO
>WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR, WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR
>NOW THE ROSTER'S CANNED AND THE CRUISERWEIGHTS ARE THROUGH
>WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR, WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR
>UNDER TRIPLE H (GAYTCH) VIEWS ARE DECREASING
>WITHOUT ENZO (ZO) WE'LL STOP BELIEVING
>TV'S OFF, AND THE STANDS ARE EMPTY TOO
>WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR, WE'RE FIVE FOOT FOUR
*guitar riff*

What I dont understand is why some people can escape from the manlet ghetto like Mustafa for no reason

Mustafa may have been freed because Vince is shook after Rich Swann and PAC achieved success after they decided to fuck off.

He'd better promote Murphy soon, too.

>Rich Swann
Is wrestling in TNA the big leagues? >tfw swann is only 28 and I am a failure compared to him
Nevile
Isnt he just wrestling in UK bingo halls? He is just doing the same flippy matches over and over

Swann is the X-division champ and is featured almost every week on Impact and PAC looks like he's gonna be one of AEW's top guys. I'm sure both are being better compensated than they were in WWE.

PAC is signed to aew now and is still the dragons gate champion

desab

Is being the Champ in the TNA or Japan that big a deal?
Why didnt Vince give a shit where released guys were pushed to the moon in TNA before?

Based. I hope Swann can come back in the future.

Mustafa is really good and apparently Bryan likes him.

The division should be on Raw and SDL, live brands don't do well on the network. 205 should be pretaped and tour with NXT.

I get what you mean, but Mustafa Ali has been in multiple main events on Smackdown against some of the best in the company, and has put on an absolute SHOW.

Some of them will get a chance, Mustafa Ali went from being a midcarder on a show that has like 10 people, to main eventing shit.
He deserves it too, Ali is fucking brilliant.

I really enjoy 205, I don't expect it to last forever so I'm just enjoying it whilst it's going.

205chads, we in here

>I really enjoy 205, I don't expect it to last forever so I'm just enjoying it whilst it's going.

This is the right attitude. Take in this kino while you can lads. It's never going to draw tons of dimes, but it will entertain you

They should just be members of the regular roster like they were with the old cruiserweight belt. Then they can do their own thing and have interactions and feuds with other bigger guys like Mustafa Ali is doing. It's stupid how they are so cut off from everyone.

>Is being the Champ in the TNA or Japan that big a deal?
They're not the TNA of* Japan

Rey Mysterio is 5'0 and was a world champion
and he's Hispanic

Vince hasn't an issue with non-whites or midgets.
He has a problem with people who are just wanting to be a cog that moves the machine instead of being a driver that decides where it moves to

Are they the number 2 promotion or not?

Are you implying TNA is the number two promotion in America?

>tfw seen every episode

yikes

205 is excellent. Workers get to have great workrate matches.

Critics have attached a stigma to the brand but its given guys who have little personality a platform. Most of them would be lost in the shuffle on the main rosters, but om 205 they can be top guys.

Cedric couldn't have the run he had on RAW or SDL. Murphy was in HELL...literal HELL while STILL in NXT, 205 breathed life into that dude.

Neville and Austin Aries wanted to quit, who cares? The show actually got better when they left. Enzo and Swann got fired but its better since they left, too.

what are the essential 205 kinos?

>all the skills and talents
For gymnastics. Promos are 90% of what matters about getting over in this business. It's not that they're short, it's that they're. There's a reason flippy shit has never drawn a dime.

Start with Cedric vs Mustafa from Wrestlemania 34 last year. That was an awesome match which is probably the reason Mustafa was brought in from 205.

that match wasn't that good, and I saw this as somebody who has watched every episode of 205 Live. Their matches on PPVs are usually worse than the matches they do every week on the show. Those two had a better TV match before that match.

For some good stuff off the top of my head:

Tozawa vs Kendrick Falls Count Anywhere, good brawling match
Draw Gulak vs Tony Nese (2018 or 2019 tournaments, both are tops) classic 1v1 rasslin, nice contrast of styles
Ali vs Murphy No DQ, spotmonkeys grinding their necks to sawdust for your viewing pleasure
Tozawa vs TJP vs Kalisto vs Murphy, fun chaotic match
Neville vs Jack Gallagher for title (fastlane a few years ago I think?), underrated gem

Mustafa can cut a promo and if you're not paying attention he kinda looks like Seth. Add the fact Bryan is behind him and his push makes sense.

I thought the fatal four way at this year’s royal rumble was great too
