Well Ronda’s Judo training is focused seriously on using her opponents momentum and weight against them. If I were being totally honest then no I don’t think I could beat Ronda in a shoot. She’s an Olympic bronze medalist and a UFC champion BECAUSE of her judo skills. Her striking might be awful but you just can’t get in that range before she would throw you.
If I had a year of judo training to prepare then yeah probably. I just need to know the defense and counters

Admittedly I've only ever been a casual in judo and karate and have never even advanced beyond white belt since I was never consistent with it.
Because I was taller and heavier I was put with the black belts and instructors and despite them being much smaller than me, women, younger etc they literally toyed with me yet were disciplined enough to hold back. I was swinging for the fences and kept getting knocked on my ass and yanked around everywhere.

The whole point of Judo is to defend yourself using your opponent's weight, brute force makes it worse.
