Eh. Dunno about Kairi being called up. I think they'll keep her down in NXT for a little while longer to inevitably feud with Io since its a program a decent number of people want to see.
I'd rather see Kairi or Io win the title anyways, simply because Shayna's reign has grown completely stale, and Bianca is still VERY green at times, and her title defenses would be pretty terrible if Takeover: Phoenix is any indication (she also sorta already decimated most of the division on her path to contender status). I feel like she's going to be the one to actually end up eating the pin/submission anyways.

I don't see it. The way things are going, Belair will be the top heel once Shayna is gone, so no reason to turn Io heel yet. Besides, if Kairi stays it won't be to feud Io, it will be to keep them in tags, a fate worse than jobberism.

I think while Bianca could be a strong heel, it won't be on NXT at this point. They tried to portray her as a pseudo-babyface during her feud with Shayna and it failed miserably.
Kairi will probably stick around to feud with Io, since its probably one of the strongest matches they can run in the NXT women's division (if not the entire women's division in all of WWE right now), and I don't see Io and Kairi being called up together.
I'm thinking Io will either win the title at Takeover: New York or at Toronto at the latest. It seems like they are super high on Io right now as well, so they'll probably build the division around her.
IF Bianca wins the title, I don't see her getting a long reign at all. I could see her dropping it as soon as the tapings after San Jose. Bianca doesn't have the momentum or credibility to be a long term champion. Especially since she's already demolished almost the entire division right now.

Kairi won't stay because SD desperately needs credible challengers right now. And much more after both Becky and Charlotte go to RAM after the draft. She already did a few dates of house shows last month to prepare her so I think it's a done deal.
