What kind of skating content do you guys enjoy when you can’t do it yourselves? Been snowed in without any indoor parks near me so I’ve been scouring YouTube for some older skate movies.

Sounds like something is wrong with your balance and/or weight distribution. Practice just pushing slowly and balancing with one foot on the board.

Pretty common for beginners. Pretty much what said. You need to strengthen your front ankle and balance so you can push without steering the board hard to one side.

Try tightening your trucks. Slightly! Rear truck a quarter/half turn tighter than the front. You can always loosen them up later.

you can make a bath with epsom salts and let your foot soak in it. but really nothing is going to help more than staying off it. if you really want to skate maybe just carve around the bowl or other stuff that doesnt involve pushing/ollieing

Want to vouch that I also had this problem when pushing but it wasn't a product thing. Over time got better at doing it and I still use the same stuff. You'll just get better

Thanks for the advice senpai, I tighten my front truck a quarter turn and my rear trucks a half turn, as well as removed 1/2 risers to help me out. I will continue practicing. Maybe not today though, I'm getting sick of this bullshit weather

Can esg redpill me on FA/hockey decks? Are they good decks or just a pretty face?

Skate mostly transition so them being heavier isnt that big a deal. Also currently skating an 8.125 and most their decks seem to be 8.38 and above so not sure how i feel about that

Releasing videos through small affiliated YouTube channels is how they stay "underground" and "cool". It all seems so forced. Rad skating though.
