Eli Wood
big show
Matthew Cooper

Aaron Mitchell

Jack Gutierrez
Stef

>Shawn
Ratings were already in the toilet when he had his big run, in fact his run marginally helped them, he killed pushes through the mid 90s but none of them were likely to make a long-term difference. Just generally a non-factor that couldn't move the needle.
>Cena
Drove away a huge percentage of adult fans through his run but also brought in a ton of younger viewers, a double-edged sword, looking at current ratings his legacy will probably show he sustained ratings/buyrates more than he killed them.
>HHH
Certified anti-draw that completely tanked Raw in 03/04, continued to bury legitimate stars building momentum, insert himself in hot programs and kept cucking the company (and subsequently himself) out of financial gain for petty ego reasons. Looking at the bigger picture, HHH is the most responsible.
Jordan Bailey
only true answer
Cooper Green
Triple H, Vince & Steph
Landon Roberts
This. Fans fault. Product is hardly different to the 80s when it had dumb characters catering to children and business was booming. Fans are fickle
Blake Ramirez
this is the most correct answer here
there's a reason professional wrestling has a stigma attached to it and it's not the product

This. Hunter can't put up a 5 stars performance like Shawn nor can cut a promo like Cena (or any other top card, but I wanted to use the picture he's in to show how much talentless he is compared to most of the roster) so he schemed and screwed his way to the top booking himself to win against much superior stars to feed his ego, only to starve the company he wanted to run, slowly killing it in the process. A complete fucking moron.
Sting is the ultimate example of how much potential money they fucked themselves out of making because MUH EGO, MUH MONDAY NIGHT WAR!
It'll always crack me up the segment where the Icon finally Raw, stating that bringing up the war is ridiculous after 15 years and that he just wants to stop Triple H who obviously comes out and says it's about the war.
Vince also is a prick for letting him do whatever the fuck he wanted to do for all these years, the kliq was unreal.
Juan James
Vince. He's responsible for it's major successes and failures.
Parker Harris
Anyone who blames anyone other than Vince, the man in charge, is a dumbfuck.
