Asuka had one of the best championship runs in WWE in years. The only damage she did was by not putting Ember over before she left.

Besides, the match where she won it was cool, and her match against Becketty at the Rumble was good

UK tournament was good, going from Tyler Bate to Pete Dunne was good, Dunne holding it forever because none of those other geeks were on his level was good, and WALTER coming in and being the eventual guy to take it will be good
but still, hard to call it the best booked title when it's just been 1 guy holding it for years and 99.9% of the title's existence

Ember hasn't ended up doing diddly fuck so it's no real loss. Undefeated mommy is my fave

the TLC match was one of the most memorable things they did in the past decade and tapping Becky with the super move was pretty good too
It sucks that there's no one good left for her to face right now but it's still been better than what most people get, plus its not over yet, she could beat AJ Styles at wrestlemania for all we know

Nakamura didn't have a programme for 16 weeks, didn't appear on TV for 3 consecutive weeks as champion. The US title hasn't been defended on 5 of the last 7 PPVs, 6 after Fastlane.

Balor doesn't have a feud now that Lashley has been drafted in to the Shield match, doesn't have a match at this PPV
>Raw tag
Tag titles don't have a feud, are being defended at Fastlane in a thrown together 3 way
>SDL tag
Were second fiddle to a Shane/Miz feud, didn't appear on TV for several weeks at the end of last year
>Raw womens belt
Literally the only belt given consistent spotlight, although the last 3feuds (Natalya, Banks and Riott) were all thrown together with no build and Riott/Ronda didn't even have interaction on the lead up to the EC match
>Universal Belt
Needs no explanation, Rollins hasn't even been featured on Raw properly since the Raw after the Rumble

WWE is pretty much just the WWE title, and the Raw women's belt.

Her opponent should be Charlotte Flair in a rematch of last year but instead Vince and Trips have a huge boner for anything with the Flair name so they brought Charlotte over from Raw to force her into the Ronda Becky match which no one wanted her involved with and now Asuka has legitimately zero competitors on her level on the SmackDown side and she'll end up losing it to Lacey with a knockout punch finisher
I'm just glad she's champion and will get another wrestlemania single's match

It seemed like they were going towards Balor/Bobbo but Bobbo got added to a Shield match

If she could retain and somehow Lacey's match against Nattie fail by Vince's standard but he still want push her, then the title will end into multiple person match (Naomi, Carmella or both would involve too)

I think Asuka is charismatic but since her NXT and main roster runs are so vastly different I still think it's her fault she can't get over without being heavily protected. Like fuck, her "angry Japanese noises" are literally the same even though she can say anything. Her English is detrimental to her gimmick, just like her butt slam attack. While she had some cool masks, her "main" with green tears or something is way too ugly and she used it even as a face. Ya know, cool and badass face that looks like a fucking zombie. That face. This gimmick is such a mess I can't even continue.
