Chase is Milano's guy. When Chase finally managed to do a Paradise Lock, Milano stood up and applauded him.
It's not breaking of the character, if the commentator is fan of a guy and has been for a long time and wants him to win, even if he is against rest of his faction. It makes the commentator seem like a real person and not just a robot.
