Everything else in NJPW was trash.
Now Taichi is still the only based worker in NJPW and all of the nujapanlets that found out about the company through WWE commentary and base their enjoyment of the shows on Meltzer's magic stars hate him because the autism bandwagon demands it, which makes based Taichi even more based.

So a few years back Taichi was caught in an extramarital affair. Normally what happens is the person caught is supposed to apologize publicly for their shameful actions, do some kind of penance like shave their head or forego their salary for a year, basically something to show that they admit they fucked up and accept the consequences of their fuckups. Not only did Taichi got a two-month suspension, then turned his affair into the current wannabe-playboy gimmick he has now in order to get heat. Kind of like Edge but without the charisma.
