absolutely, i hated this guy so fucking much

Lex Luger. Been watching old WCW and holy shit the guy was over and a beast

Triple H

Edge, he worked the shit out of me as a kid.

His theme songs are good too.

I HATED The Rock when I was a kid because he seemed like a bully and a dick.

lot of old WCW themes were pretty based. Not as bombastic as WWF but cool and charming

Arn Anderson
Bam Bam Bigelow
Big Boss Man
I didn't like Christian until he went to TNA.

Watching his old matches before the fed changed its name from db to dbz made me like him

BASED

Gangrel and Raven.

DDP

Jeff Jarret, as Double J specifically

>Regal
>Bret
Am I the only one here who liked these guys back in the day? I always though Regal was the GOAT and underrated.

Really? The apple spitting thing drew big dimes at my school. The only thing more over was the master lock challenge

Glad to see that you have come to see the light, brother. May the blessings of The Chosen One shine upon you.

Batista, i stopped watching in 2005 just because he was incredibly green. Later i realized he had some awesome hoss matches against Taker.

Tien had a Christian Tier run against Cell before losing it the next night on Raw

No, i used to though the same.
I was a very autistic child, so i wasn't very fond of the promos of charismatic Chads like The rock. I remember i used to like Benoit, Undertaker and Kane because they weren't talking shit every 5 seconds.

I hated Regal as kid, thought he was a good wrestler later on, then I found him boring, but now I've come full circle and appreciate him, the life he's lived, and how he made something of himself.

Bret, I've become a fan slowly but surely over the years. I was too young to have watched him, but watching guys now then going back and watching him. He's so fucking good and it's a damn shame his career ended the way it did and the fallout with Vince. You can see him in others today.

>watch DBZ first
>Yajirobe is pretty much useless except for cutting Vegeta's tail
>get to DB
>Yajirobe is equal to Kid Goku despite no training
>kills and eat one of King Piccolo's kids
Dude was definitely the strongest human at one point without trying. He could have been great but decided to chill with his boy Korin. He had a good run back in the day.

I was the same as you.

It was actually Benoit who got me into wrestling initially in 2004. He appealed to me because he was vanilla, because he looked 'normal', because he was soft spoken. I never saw the appeal in wrestling with Austin/Rock/Hogan etc but Benoit was someone who I watched and started to realize just how much there actually is to wrestling.
