This goes pretty much for every UFC fighter, Conor is supposed to be an amateur boxer and he is considered one of the best strikers but holy fucking shit his punches look like garbage compared to actual boxers

But in Ronda's last two fights her trainer actually had her convinced she could fight upright, despite her being a submission specialist. It went poorly. She would have almost certainly lost to Nunes regardless, but a better strategy would have gone a long way.

this, Ronda had some TKO/KO's in her matches at the end, so her coach assured that she could fight standing. Kinda retarded to do something you're not superior in, against other strikers.
