I think WWE finally got it

Last night was the best RAW in a LONG time, Is this the beginning of a whole new direction of programming? It had vibes of the early 00s , Roman is back, Batista is back, Rick Flair might even grace us with ONE LAST MATCH.

what do yall think? Do you think they can use this momentum in the right way? They must have finally got it.

flair isn't fighting ever again you fucking melon. sorry to make you sad but you might need checking out in the HEAD...if you ever think flair is doing a match.

Based Bruce Pritchard whipping the writers into shape.

>bruce leaves in 2008
>wwe goes to shit
>bruce comes back
>raw was good

> Is this the beginning of a whole new direction of programming?

this is conveniently forgetting all the garbage that happened in between the end and the beginning

It's fake fighting though, why wouldn't he come back? He was getting dragged by Batista.

but since you are probably ESL friend I'll let you know I said "MIGHT get a Flair match", not we were you turd

no, we ARE NOT getting a flair match. it is a fact. you bumbling fucking idiot.

Unironically this man

Sounds like something that was copy pasted from wreddit.

Yesterday highlighted the very real fact that WWE has absolutly zero stars. It is a sinking ship desperately plugging its hole with nostalgia and it's not even good at it because too many egos are running amok telling everyone incorrectly how it SHOULD be plugged.

But no, have fun with another shit face haitch run.

>why wouldn't he come back?

because he's fucking 70

calm down buddy, no need to name call and shit. Don't have an autistic meltdown or anything, we are just talking.

I hope to god you don't talk to your parents like that.

>It had vibes of the early 00s
The period where the WWE's ratings had an unprecedented fall from which it's never recovered? Based, let's do that again!

ratings fall, it doesn't really mean anything. It's part of the world, don't focus on what OTHER people are doing or watching that's irrelevant. That's like saying a movie isn't good because a certain number of people didn't watch it.

you know how ridiculous it sounds? With the internet making it easier for people to read and watch highlights of shows it was just a natural progression to have a slight decline in viewership. Just because a store has a slow day doesn't mean the store is closing down.

You do know the first hour was complete garbage. It only got a better when bliss came out. Why is shis shit 2 hours?

yeah it's weird they do a 3 hour show and a 2 hour show along with NXT and 205 EVERY week. Seems like A LOT of work

>It had vibes of the early 00s
This post has vibes of underage cringe

They had Batista beat him up off screen because they can't do anything physical with him. The guy is 70 and nearly died last year. He's not wrestling.

I was born in 88 you mook

probably is twice as good as he was after going back and watching shit for this podcast. got to see the best and worst from different eras.

they have hundreds of wrestlers on payroll and the shows use the same handful every week

...he was going to do a match last year and cancelled it a week before, you know his WM retirement wasn't a real retirement, right?

If you think it was good just because old people was in it you're a mark

>* Last night's episode was the first with Bruce Prichard back as the head of creative. He clearly had a lot of influence last night. After the show, Prichard spent a fair amount of time talking with Reigns one-on-one in the hallway.

>getting excited about Batista vs. Triple H in 2019
>calling a show good because there was a good segment which lasted 60 seconds on a 3 hour show
>completely ignoring that the NXT call-ups are still getting buried, Becky's main-event push is falling flat and they did nothing to build up a PPV which is happening in less than two weeks

What the fuck is wrong with you people? Is the dwindling pro-wrestling fanbase filled exclusively with double digit IQ retards?

holy shit you are dumb

I don't know, it's almost as if the jobbers of this era can't match the larger than life star power of the legends from the past and no amount of shilling can fix this because if they don't get over organically they literally never ever will. Maybe.

NXT shitters suck, they aren't over. Velveeta Dream is gonna flop too, because he sucks

the show moved faster fat boy, there was no down time with the announcers fumbling around, no 25 minute womens matches it was just better
if the merge the brands which the will probably need to before the fox show because why would fox want to pay for the “b show” and there would be time off between the shows to recover, then the depth issues are solved and if they keep the shows moving fast like last night things could be looking up

not gonna lie, last night's show was the best in a while. but we'll see if this was a one time thing or if they can keep going. it also helped that the crowd was pretty lively throughout the night and not sitting on their hands or playing candy crush on their phones.

How does stating facts make me dumb? Wikipedia hss several sections about his wrestling after WM retirement. He actually retired in 2012 and I'm pretty sure I read he was about to have a match around 2017 and cancelled it.

>Rick Flair might even grace us with ONE LAST MATCH.

hi retard
