Their problem is that they wont let the talent develop their own characters and lines. Almost every successful gimmick ever has in some way reflected the true personality of the wrestler using it. Almost no one has charisma because almost no one is believable anymore. They treat them like they're just a bunch of actor doing their own stunts when wrestling so much more. In-ring psychology doesn't exist anymore either. The booking is complete shit. Owens is one of the most believable guys on the roster because he actually developed his own gimmick and thus it feels genuine, but he looks like shit, i get that he's a tough blue collar guy but at least pack some fucking muscle on to go along with the fat.
