I think I understand why Reigns is pushed, because he definitely has appeal and is great wrestler.

But he's been the featured guy for years at this point and ratings and live event attendance have declined constantly, with the possibility of every show being a new record low.
Same with Becky Lynch and Seth now. Fuck even Lesnar advertised on RAW before the Rumble didn't sellout and there's not even huge spikes anymore. If any other guy chosen as the face of the company had as sad unfortunate circumstances as Reigns right now they'd obviously be interest in an update.

Is there even such thing as a draw now? Isn't it just the company itself which is the draw and the reason they're drawing record revenues?

Roman Reigns is only "over" the other entire rosters "stars" by like 5%, he's barely a star, not the guy Austin, Rock or Brock currently or even Cena was. Fuck le-numbers, he's a fucking jobber in any other era.

because much like John Cena Roman may not be a red hot STAR, but more of a parachute, he's helping to slow down WWE's inevitable downfall, like Cena before him, so that WWE doesn't go straight into free-fall like WCW once did and die in like a year or two MAX.

That's literally all there is to his "push".
