It's simple math. The WWE inducts about 4-6 or tag team acts every year just for the sake of jerking themselves off as a company. There aren't nearly enough true legends or multiple time champions or such to go around. So, ultimately, literally every motherfucker who has been in the company for more than 3 years is going to be inducted into the HoF at some point, just so that they can keep inducting motherfuckers.
