Fuck no. You can't like wrestling and never have seen wwe. The truth is you got boomers who remember when wrestling was actually good during the WCW days. A lot of those fans watch WWE occasionally and have checked out some indy promotions. That's who AEW will target.
Then theres the zoomer generation who has watched post 2001 who have either been radicalized into Vincels. Or have been burned out from WWE and want something fresh. That's the other group AEW will target.

The majority of fans don't give a shit about Great Khali. The fucker could barely walk. The only reason WWE pushed tall guys is because Vince is buried deep in the closet.
The people that watched decades ago aren't watching wrestling. WWE has done so much damage that they'll never return. So of course these fans won't know about AEW. If they get a television channel, older fans will hear and at least check it out. That doesn't guarantee they will watch continuously.
No one will take down WWE. But theres a big enough market to get some fans. It's been done time and time again. But this time it has real money.
Also, I like how E drones constantly point at money but never defend the product. So many of you cultists hate the product but continue to watch. Of course you fags won't watch.
