Problem with Josuke was that they paired him with Jotaro to try and get him over, but Jotaro just sucked the heat from him because he already had credibility, a better gimmick and more charisma. It was like if they tried to get Reigns over by pairing him with the Rock.
When I saw Jotaro, I didn't care about this new faggot kid. I wanted to see Jotaro beat ass with his time powers. Was sad how they had to book Jotaro's character to look weak, such as not being able to stop time for as long as he did when he first discovered he had the power in his match against Dio, just so Josuke could look a little better. All it did was emphasize what a weak act Josuke was and how badly he was failing to get over.
