when none wrestling fans talk about AEW or at least know who they are I'll agree with you. a large portion of WWE shows are parents who used to watch or their kids watch and they take their kids. There is also those who just go because WWE is in town. WWE is only tarped because they have 2 weekly shows. If they did a show once every 6 months they could sell out any place also since people will be flying in from all over the world like double or nothing. AEW will just be filled with wrestling smarks, if they even have a weekly show they will be DOA

yeah not gonna do. Disco Inferno made a great point, during their next big event they should ask the crowd how many were in ALL IN. If its majority, it just shows that they have on niche loyal fanbase that is willing to travel wherever they go.

My theory was that Trips could go to those same networks that were negotiating with AEW and offer up NXT.
It's like when they would sign all those indy guys just to keep them from going to a rival company. NXT doesn't need a network show but they just don't want AEW to have one.

Getting 50,000 hardcore marks from around the WORLD to attend one special indie event (or a few per year) isn't impressive anymore. We know it can be done.

What they can't do however is make wrestling popular again like they keep saying and become a viable touring group with what they're doing.

It's easy to sell out an arena when you've got 1 show every 6 months. Try that when you're running 4 TV shows, 1 PPV, plus 10 houses shows PER MONTH. DO you think those traveling hardcore fans are going to be able to go to every show and afford it?
