Yet, Persona 4 was a much better experience for some reason and didn't give me that feeling.

People are not as nice or helpful as they are in RPGs. They will disappoint you regardless of how close or much you trust each other, more often than not they are selfish and greedy. Moreover, they also give a false perspective of women, who are mostly interested in wealth and status (scientifically proven), then say if you are a cute anime boy who helps his friends and is on a journey to save the world.

Deadly Premonition comes to mind. That whole ending, man...
The second game mostly sucked, but the ending had some similar feelings.

I see, but I think you should interpret it differently, as in, why not bring some of that goodness you felt into the real life? If it's hard to trust people in your life, try to become that person people can actually trust. Become the change you wanna see, if it helps even a single person become more nicer, sounds pretty good to me. Sure games aren't real life, but it's important to take lessons from them and improve

dark souls 1. finishing that game at 4am after spending countless hours dying and failing throughout the whole game to end up at the penultimate fight in an eerie crumbling world, fighting off the urge to pass out from frustration and exhaustion just to hear the ending theme...it was one of the only times a game felt life changing

I like the atmosphere and setting of UT but the actual main scenario that ran through it just felt like like a formality; however I get why it is that way since they are closing a story that is a decade old so I'm glad they gave it the respect it needed so they can say we are done and move on.
