Leisurely playing through No Man's Sky again after several years of updates. The haptic trigger effects for starship flight and certain weapons is a nice touch.

I'll probably jump back to Elden Ring if they release any significant patches, or Diablo II to try out the new balance changes and runewords if I get really bored.

I'm enjoying PS4. I can't buy a goddamned PS5 because they're sold out everywhere; and besides why would I want to pay $500 for a console with 500 less gigs?

Like yeah I get that it's true 4K and higher frame rate. But is it noticeable? Just how much faster is the loading? Does it ever freeze or lag like the PS4? How do you have any space for games?
I'm constantly running out of space with 1tb.

Elden Ring

The space is an issue depending on what games you want to keep installed. If you end up getting one plan to install an M.2 SSD in the expansion slot to get around it. I threw a 2TB one in mine which was enough to not have to worry about it anymore.

There is an internal slot that's easily accessible to install it. You have to use one with a heatsink and certain speed specs though so make sure you get one that fits the dimensions of the slot and is up to the required spec. There is a compatible hardware list floating around out there you can google.

You can use USB external storage too, but that only works for PS4 games.

Mostly Elden Ring, but I started up Judgment. 100+ hours into Elden Ring, like 5 into Judgment. I've played Tales of Arise which was very meh and left me with 0 hopes for the future of Tales, Ghost of Tsushima which was a fucking kino experience, and ER is amazing and probably my GOTY, and Judgment has been very fun from what I have played.

Playing Warframe mostly. I've beaten Tales of Arise, Ratchet and Clank ,Fenyx, Horizon 2, a bunch of PS4 titles that got PS5 upgrades, the new demon souls remake, etc... But I'm kind of not in the mood for any new shit coming out. Next thing I get will probably be FF16 which probably isn't even coming out this year.

Yeah, today has been great. PS5 is over 20 million now, and shitch has been hitting the plateu.

I got one by sheer luck last month, was walking the dog when a store was opening up with them in stock and got it right on the spot. Been going through the backlog here and there but I've been so busy I haven't even touched all the pack-in games, let alone the shit I nabbed on the spring sale.

Platinumed Elden Ring and went back to finish up Horizon 2. The visuals in this game continue to blow me away. Guerilla are fucking talented and I keep wondering how a Final Fantasy game or another sci-fi RPG could look with their graphic designers.

I've been a Sony fan since 1997 and I really don't get what the hell people see in the God of War games. I fell off the original PS2 game and the new PS4 game hard within a few hours.

Its like this perfect blend of hack n slash action games and cinematic movie games where it's missing what works with both genres and just feels awful, and Kratos is boring as shit whether he's an angry bastard or a sad dad. I must be missing something but I really can't see it, I'd rather play almost anything else from their first party lineup on every system it's had a release on.
