IMO a fun hit-man sort of game. Some assume it is an EPIC METAPHOR/ALLEGORY pretentious dev game, but the art style served a different purpose to me. The gist is that you are a hired killer for some corporation, you kill a target or targets in each level, you unlock various weapons and gear to help you accomplish that task. The strangeness of the world and the art style keeps you on your toes as to what is lethal, helpful, friendly or an enemy. It has some unique mechanics mixed in, fishing, organ harvesting, and a stock market. There are multiple difficulties and "modes" that further alter the levels. It gets pretty difficult towards the end, there a fair amount of secrets that you have to really look for to find, and so on. I dropped 90 hours in the fucking game. I unlocked everything. Played all the available difficulties and modes. Unlocked all the weapons and gadgets. To me it really is a fun game rather than some artsy thing. The tone is overall creepy but also funny. If that sounds appealing to you, then look up some gameplay to be certain, and get it if you like what you see. Otherwise forget it and/or get a refund if you didn't like it. The game really picks up after the first couple levels and you unlock some of the fun gear.

Necesse. Looked like the usual indie survival crafting early access, but it is an actual game being regularly updated with a lot of features granted a lot of them aren't breaking new ground. It just has a lot more to do in it than I expected. Also yet to experience any crashes or bugs in it which most EA indie shits are riddled with. Gonna fight me some pirates and void mages with my cutlass and uzi.
