I don't understand how views like this can form in the first place when one of the biggest and long running internet jokes (if you can even really call it a joke anymore) was "everything will end up having porn made from it."
It also sounds more like your own personal view stopping you from liking a character, rather then it being anything else to do with memes and porn.
Porn and internet recognition isn't going to effect how the character acts while on your island. It won't change her dialogue unless you go out of your way to make sure it does.
