For me, the most frustrating and annoying part is the movement around the city.
Arkham games appeal was being able to fly and traverse the city and asylum freely and to me it felt fun as well.
Here however it seems everyone can fly and the city is basically nonexistant and there is no real input required.
I feel like (from seeing the footage) the game could be an empty sandbox where the fights are loaded in one after another and nothing would be different

This, I want it to feel like Gotham and use grappling, gliding and climbing, plus maybe vehicles to get around it. The flight shit doesn't work for me.

Do people even find these characters interesting? Or Suicide Squad for that matter. I just find them to be utterly devoid of anything interesting or compelling. Batman is Batman, he had a lot going for him but these guys are just filler characters given their own shitty game.

Yes. Nightwing unironically has as long a history, rogues gallery, and story potential as Batman himself. Red Hood has a lot going for him too as the Failure of the family and how that gets grappled with. Tim is kinda superfluous, and Barbara gets wasted a lot, but a competent writer can do a lot with them.

The characters in this game yes. Suicide Squad though? not at all, I really never saw the appeal.

They are great characters especially the dynamic between dick and Jason but that's in the comics
Look at the cutscenes and how they interact with each other, no resemblance to the originals whatsoever
