DRK should've always been the one tank that's most dependant on self-healing, to play into the risky low-HP playstyle a tiny bit while making it viable instead of WAR. Hell you could have an Equilibrium-like ability with multiple charges that triggers at HP %es like Excog so you could fit in a couple of big strong attacks that require HP to use.

DRK's been wasted potential since HW really. Hell even in HW it was already wasted potential, but it was fun enough to play so it wasn't as glaring.

According to ffxivcollect, 0.5% of players have Necromancer, 0.6% have Lone Hero.
I haven't actually tried doing PotD solo, but HoH isn't easy. I'd imagine Necromancer is more talked about since it's a cooler title for most people

You know. I am very tempted to do a social experiment. Start a trial account on a catgirl and install all the coomer mods possible and stream with coomer mods on. And then see what happens.

There are a few games that have a Provoke skill but mostly there are just heavy armor characters you put in the front row. Front row is more likely to get hit by enemies but not guaranteed, while back row takes less physical damage if they do get hit. Knight/Paladin gets Cover which will automatically guard allies at low HP but only at low HP.
