Am I the only one who wanted a boss fight against her? Seems weird to not fight one of the ostensible antagonists. It's also a bit unsatisfying from a 'playing a video game' perspective that Bianca just decides to free Hunter on her own without even all that much prompting or via some action by the player. And it's funny, she does this right after the Scorch fight, so it'd be more narratively satisfying to have her be involved in that battle, or even her being the boss proper.

And yeah, I know, it's a platformer from 2000, and I'm overthinking it. Still though, it's one o my favorite games, and I can't help but notice this shit.

This is the main problem I have with these shot for shot remakes. A remake is a chance to improve or enhance the original work. Video games will typically add better controls or QoL features, but they can often add new content. The fact Reignited changes basically nothing besides adding some animations here and there is annoying as fuck. Yeah, you're chasing nostalgia, but if you're not going to take the original work and do something new with it, why spend all that money building the exact some thing from the ground up? Just remaster it and spend relatively less cash on it.

Very petty gripe about 2 but did anyone else feel like the Winter Tundra levels were a bit anti-climactic? 1 and 3's final stretches have this emotional weight to them while 2 just feel no different than mid-game material. I think this issue solely lies within the soundtracks.

Elora would probably be wary of Bianca just like the others at the start but I'd see her catching on to Bianca's change of sides far sooner than Spyro and Hunter because they are both retarded.

I'll have to go back to it one day. Seems like the last gasp of old Spyro before all of the various reboots, but a natural evolution to the gameplay as far as I can tell.
