The Sabbat has been fucked over, the Second Inquisition largely blew up Camarilla spots (ShreckNET, precursors to things in V5 like the Pony Express) which has opened up space for the Anarchs. Chicago went full retard and kicked the Gangrel out, weakening the soldiers and warriors of the Camarilla while bolstering Anarch forces.
