1 was the only good one.

The franchise is dead

You'll get more Fable if you get your combat multiplier even higher

>being made by these guys
no hope

>no Molyneux
It's either going to be mediocre or bad

Based, fuck chuds

No, you want Fable 1, and arguably Fable 2. You know those devs are gone.

>no Molyneux
>wanting that NFT retard touching your game
he lied about every game he every worked on, people give No Man's Sky shit for over-promising but conveniently forgot that nonstop bullshit that came out of that bald cunt's mouth.

I prefer Fable: The Lost Chapters to Fable 1 desu

Seems to be a severe problem with British developers in general

1-3 are good games, never tried the one for kinect i can only imagine it controls like shit
dunno why they didn't keep going with a mainline fourth one.

3 is trash, come off it

3 is a good game, stay mad

Said nobody ever…

>racing studio
>resetera pandering
>american writes who hates british humor
>nobody from the original games

Oh yeah i'm sure it will turn out fine...

I just want a pc port of fable 2

Because he still made good games despite lying (until he didn't)

it really isn't
it's mediocre at best

it will be one of the most woke games ever made

Playground Games is a British developer

They hired an american roastie who hates british humor to write it.

Americans and Brits are 2 sides of the same coin, they’re all just English subhumans

same game desugger

They’re actually fairly different, TLC is more like Fable 1.5, almost.

maybe like 5 yeas ago. these games are old as dirt now

lionheads dead jim.

how can this be anything but the fable franchises last wrung out drops of money from a long atrophied cadaver?

Yep. Even if 2 had decent levels and gameplay, the movement mechanics were too floaty.

>lead writer openly admits she doesn't get Fable
It's so dead.

I liked FH5 but everyone and everything was so devoid of any personality
Most of what anyone says is just reminding you that you're in Mexico

>Hopes and dreams
Still has everything that makes Fable Fable(strength/skill/will, expressions, renown, alignments, choices, etc)
>Fears and worries
Fable 1 nostalgiafagging

This, a sequel should have been set not long after the original and maybe show the effects of your choices which would have been interesting. I like the whimsical fairy tale merry old England feel of the first over the highwayman early industrial era of the second.

People talking about all of his lies like it impacts the quality of the actual game. I really don't give a shit what garbage spews out of his mouth as long as the game ends up being good.
Fable 2 was just alright and Fable 3 is bad though

I just like the idea of a guild of heroes and running into other strong characters now and again. Even if you're the chosen one in Fable 1, it was still cool bumping into other heroes and seeing other apprentices. Fable 2 felt boring by comparison being the only special one and Garth, Hammer and Reaver didn't change that.

The Witcher 3 is already Fable 3, it was a good trilogy.

I don't want a racing troon simulator and neither should you.

Why does everything have to be a franchise? Lionhead is dead. Microsoft killed them. If they want an RPG make something new.

I would be ok with a Fable 1 remake that fixes all of the numerous problems the first game had. Fable 4 however I'd rather have it be a sequel rather than a Fable 1 memberberry fest.

They barely touched anything from Fable 1 in Fable 2 and 3 so you're free to play those.

Molyneux: we can add all this cool stuff to let you do x and y and z (never in game)
Playground: gender pronouns are a game (delivered)
I'd prefer the former

I've played the entire franchise numerous times. I'd actually prefer a proper PC port of Fable 2 over a Fable 1 remake or a Fable 4.

No Xe/Xir Daemon/Fae
Look at those bigots

lolwhat, it just adds a bunch of recycled enemies and missions at the end, and cleans up a couple unfinished areas

>Hopes and Dreams.
I prefer Megolovania.

It adds an entire new continent, extends the main game by like 3-6 hours, changes the voices of some major characters, adds some side content, the graphics are sharper and clearer and the game runs better.
It is a very different game

Will only buy if I can finally watch trees grow in real-time.

i hope its quickly forgotten because peter is a hack
my dream is someone stabs peter and films it

im late but no its not.

its technically a good game, because it runs with minimal bugs or errors but no, its a boring forgettable experience that didnt deliver on any of its promises

Lol

>its technically a good game, because it runs with minimal bugs or errors but no, its a boring forgettable experience that didnt deliver on any of its promises
This statement is more accurate for Fable 1

Give this autist some subs. He uploads official video about fable 1 on his channel "The Fable Historian".

Man I just want Fable II on steam with steam multiplayer instead of xbox live, you know, so you can ACTUALLY do the multiplayer thing since fable 2 released too late in the xbox's life and they didn't have the courtesy of giving you a 3-Day pass.

>fable 3 was better than fable 1
>the game that literally ended the series is better

>Those slots
>PRONOUN BATTLEPASS

Point out anywhere where I said Fable 3 is better than Fable 1 faggot

How are any of you retards nostalgic for fable 2? That game was absolute shit, a stepdown from one in almost every way. You literally couldn't even die, and the annoying ass dog made exploring annoying as hell.

>This statement is more accurate for Fable 1
zing'

I like the dog.
And I think Cheet Ur's crypt is fucking funny since lionhead had to think of a way to address the fact they were going to kill the dog but also wanted dig spots on knothole island.

>You literally couldn't even die
What’s the challenge in just dying and restarting constantly, how can anyone but a crippled autist enjoy endlessly repeating the same sections of games.
Fable II’s death system wasn’t perfect, but at least they tried something immersive and original and it was cool that being knocked down had a chance to result in disfiguring scarring.
BioShock’s VitaChambers were pretty cool too.
Anything beats just dying and reloading or restarting from a checkpoint, that is so fucking archaic, jarring and cringe

>a stepdown from one in almost every way
name a few then?
i followed Fable 1 to release and loved that game to death, and i was excited for Fable 2 as well.
the sequel made good on so much stuff that was supposed to be in 1, and implemented things that totally should've been.
-splitscreen and online couch co-op
-vaulting over waist high fences
-absolutely broken magic system with degrees of customization and intuitive casting implementations
-the dog
-job and labor mini-games

it was just an overall improvement in all things, except for that final climax in the story it was pretty bad, it was Lost Chapters levels of bad.

Perfect system would probably be something like GTA Wasted where you pass out, and end up at a local hospital, you suffer a penalty of experience and/or gold and items, but you don’t lose any actual progress and don’t need to repeat the same tired cutscenes and conversations and interactions.
You can just beeline back to whoever you were fighting and try and take him on again

>the world isn't small hallways
>deeper good/evil system
>better expression system
>has at minimum 1 choice that actually effects something in the world(F1 has 0)
>can have children
>can change the furniture in your house

>You literally couldn't even die
Fable 1 was so easy you are never in danger of ever dying, never mind the fact that the game shits out healing potions and revival potions in large quantities everywhere you go. Magic is also effortlessly broken to the point where you have kill anything in seconds, make yourself invincible to damage, and if you mange to use all the hundreds of healing items you've obtained there's also a broken healing spell. In order to die in the first game you actively have to try to die.
