There's a very clear tonal difference between OOT and BOTW. Its not about art of whatever. BOTW is more light hearted and whimsical while OOT is more grounded and serious.

BOTW actually has the characters act more or less with a serious baseline almost everytime compared to OoT, and it's not that whimsical, everything is deserted and people will not wave their hand in the air because their cucco escaped
