Malenia's model is diferent from her statue, the body proportions are diferent and her hair is longer. Radagon's body is diferent from his statue, even the face features look a bit diferent. Miquella probably had a model similar to his artworks in the intro than the statue at the Haligtree. The statue proportions look too normal for it to be the actual model for a important npc. Even Ranni who's human sized has a body with longer limbs
And the veins thing? Even Malenia statue has these veins, but at the base of her dress, almost like plants growing over it, because nobody is taking care of the statues.
Yeah it's fun to speculate but I do think the young seedlings here are his tree seedlings.

They probably forgot to take it out of the credits of the network test. Even the Rhico npc has some voicelines cut. It's probably related to a future DLC and all the voicelines are spoiler heavy, so they aren't even on the game data yet.

Interesting thing is that even though we have the text for the voicelines and we know miquella did have a VA credit, we haven't found the actual voice lines in the datamine, despite most all the other cut lines being found, even stuff that didn't have text. It seems Miquella's voice lines were throughly scrubbed or they were never recorded
