How to play Melee online >Go to slippi.gg and download the Dolphin build >Follow instructions in slippi.gg/netplay
How to play with Yea Forums >Post code in thread, wait for another user to reply with theirs >Go to Direct mode and input the code And that's it!
Team Mode >Go to "Teams" >In the code screen, search for "#CHAN", don't change your team color >Once 4 different players are searching you'll automatically get paired up FFA is also possible if the people agree to it and don't steal stocks if KO'd while their "teammate" has more than 1 stock.
Finally, if you're experiencing lag because opponents might be too far apart, there are some ways to minimize it. >Go to Dolphin's Configuration >Slippi tab >Delay frames (as far as I know, it's not needed to close the game for changes to work anymore) >Mixed buffers are allowed to play with each other It's recommended to have it at 2 frames most of the time, up to about 130 ping, but 3 frames work well for higher pings. Teams might need everybody to be at 3/4 frame delay for a more stable experience.
Grind tech on uncle punch, then work on neutral. A lot of neutral comes from practice and theory crafting, so I find watching vods of the character I play helps figure out what I should be doing in different situations
Lucas Miller
>uncle punch what is this zoomer shit real niggers practice by doing the one player glitch on a real copy
Gimme a couple minutes and I'll join for some singles and hopefully doubles.
Alexander Gutierrez
anyone doing doubles
Alexander Jackson
This is how I practiced, but I hear glowing reviews about uncle punch so I figured it'd be a better, more accessible option to practice. Though if he's been playing for years he probably has tech down. I'm fiending for some v dubs, I'm down to play singles til we have enough people. DMPP#795
Dominic Ross
If there's enough people. I'll be idling on #CHAN. With you and that makes 3/4.
O strongly suggest having 3 or 4 frame delay to mitigate lag.
I FUCKING HATE YOU STUPID NIGGERS I BUMP YOUR FUCKING SHITTY THREAD ON PAGE 9 AND GO GET MY LAPTOP SET UP AND THEN YOU FUCKING FAGGOTS DON'T EVEN PLAY WITH ME FUCKING KILL YOURSELVES
This might not be the right thread for this, but does anybody in this thread use a B0XX/Frame 1? I'm considering buying a Frame 1 but I want to know if they're actually worth the money
Landon Edwards
Does anyone want to play singles with a shitty fox main with a Ganon secondary?
Cameron Foster
Leaving doubles, there's a spot for 1 more!
Joshua Miller
Sure, DMPP#795

I'll start searching for you in a few minutes when I get on my computer, I'll put my code in the thread when I get on too (:
Angel Sanders
I own a Frame1 and would definitely recommend it depending on who you play and how much time you're willing to put in. Junk food arcades recently released their own version recently called an LBX.
Hunter Morales
I got you sheik
Blake Wood
>recently released their own version recently Man I should go to bed soon.
Sorry that took a while, if you're still here it's FWEF#270
Nathaniel Cruz
How is it for Fox players?
Ethan Anderson
>not having an honorable 1v1 niggers
Zachary Bell
Fox is one of the harder characters to learn initially I'd say. As you need to learn how to use the modifiers to change your fire fox angles. Ledge dashing is a lot easier than controller however and multi shining is trivial. I'm not a Fox main so can't give too much insight but that's what I found in my time using it.
Jonathan Turner
Yup I'm still around, just finished some dubs. Searching now!

SEARCH FOR #CHAN RIGHT NOW REPLY TO THIS POST IF YOU ARE SEARCHING FOR #CHAN IN DOUBLES #CHAN #CHAN #CHAN
Forgot that wavedash angles are harder to control since you need to use the modifiers.
